Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in White Marsh

I used to work at Chick Fil A so I do not mean to compare, but we were never able to close down operations before close time. I’ve been a part of closing and opening teams at chick fil a. Tonight, my family of 6 wanted milkshakes. We were so excited to finally try the peppermint shakes. At the microphone we were told that we could not order shakes “because we are already cleaning the machine”. Not because they were out of peppermint chips or base, nor because the machine was down. But the closing team decided to begin cleaning before close time (which is so unsanitary). My feedback for patrons is this: if you are looking to get a “late night” bite from this Chick fil A, I would avoid if 30 minutes before close. I, personally, am not a fan of eating places where cleaning is being done around my food. My Dad (driver) insisted on still ordering a nugget meal no drink (due to the assumed proximity with the cleaning of the ice cream machine). The nuggets were great - standard experience. Albeit, the only reason we chose chick fil a of the other surrounding options was the full experience we wanted we wanted to get a shake with our meal. It was not easy to just leave the drive thru line even if we wanted to pursue other options in the window of time we were working with. The space was tight in lane 1 so we saw it through with our nugget order. Everyone else in my family opted out of getting meals after learning of the cleaning being done in the front of the house.

I am a firm believer in the fact that you cannot fix what you do not acknowledge. I give 3 stars not because the team was not apologetic or because I had nothing better to do on my ride back home, but just to align experiences for others with what I know Chick Fil A stands for

My brother went to CFA, hungry, at night thinking he could get a good meal but that's not the case. So basically he ordered his food and after waiting, he was told that his order was ACCIDENTALLY given to this random white guy. The crazy thing is, he still got his food even though they had different names on them. This means that they must have done that on purpose because who is ignorant enough to give someone else's order to a random guy who also ordered something that had a different name on it. The white guy was told this and was told to give it to my brother. But he gave it to someone else. Which means that other black guy got free food. I think whoever was in charge of giving people their order should fired, suspended without pay, or retrained because EVEN I could do a better job. My brother wanted a refund but because it was late, the place closed so he couldn't get it. He just wanted to cancel the order but they still wouldn't let him. So my brother went home...
