It's crazy how often I still patronize this black business, even though I continue to get horrible customer service. The children are always great to talk with, but the lady manager/owner just has such bad energy and customer service. The kids always look like they're furious of her. The lady never smiles, never greets, gives one word responses, and she always has this energy like we are bothering her. I took my kids twice in the past month. The first time I originally ordered the smallest cup for my toddler. That cup comes with only 2 flavor choices, but I asked if I could split a flavor in half so that my toddler can try 3 colors he wanted. I also offered to pay $1+ as an additional fee. The lady said no. Straight like that! Check this out though, the next size up was a dollar more and came with 3 flavors!!! She didn't even offer it to me. What are you doing woman?! However, the young lady (minor) who served us was pleasant so I left a tip, hoping it went to her. The second time I went was this past week. Same energy from the lady manager/owner and she didn't greet us just like any other time. Upon getting my change I asked her if she could break one of the bills down for me. Her response was that she didn't have that many ones left, but she never said yes or no. I was laughing so hard inside because I was telling myself she just threw their tip out the window. Luckily she handed me that bill broken down because otherwise a tip wouldn't have been left. I guess she figures black folks will continue coming no matter what, because that's exaclty what is happening. Us black folks are the ones keeping those lights on. You have to do better!! Again, thanks to the children that continue to greet us, are courteous and give us a reason to come back. However, if it happens again, where I'm at in my life today, the kids could scream RITAS all day, but I will find somewhere else until the other locations open again. Please improve the service or hire someone else to interact with...

I get that it’s HOT outside and you’d rather be anywhere else but your job, but that’s NO excuse to be rude and dismissive towards your customers. I found a BUG in my ice before I left and I went to address it to one of the trainees (the meaty dark skin with the doo doo braid and the tribal scarf) but she shrugged it off and caught an attitude. I politely asked for her to remake a new one and she eyed me up and down in DIGUST and said rudely, “You want me to make AnOThER OnE?” I once again confirmed my answer and SHOWED the BUG on the straw and she still didn’t move. Thank goodness my girls were present or she would’ve had it. Oh, and that’s not the best part: she took it from me and asked, “DiD YoU DrInK IT?” I said no and shawty fr threw the straw away and stuck that joker in the freezer. Who knows what she plans to do with it... That’s not cute, if you want to get paid for being rude to customers, work at Dicks Last Resort ;) I want...
Read moreAfter today’s visit I will never support this establishment The two Owners are very rude And very combative. After waiting a hour in line to be served And another 20 minutes for my Italian ice. I was told I had to wait for green apple. After I watch the lady make one of my orders and proceeds to Make two other orders In front of me. When I asked for a Refund I was told they do not do refunds. After saying multiple times, I do not want it. I was told that a refund was going to take longer. After Getting the refund one of the owners aggressively put it in my hand. After saying to her that that wasn’t necessary She proceeded to walk up on me as the other owner held her back and when asked for both they names they ignored me. Once I yelled for their names they told me that they were both the owners.
