BLUF: I recommend. Extremely clean restaurant. Very responsive and polite employees, the 3 people we encountered genuinely seemed happy to work at the restaurant.
The food bowls were good sizes for the price. We had The Cowboy, Shroom bowl, and Cornbread Jalapeno bowl. All 3 are featured on the wall beside the "Make Your Own Bowl" menu. The Cowboy was very good and does have a mild kick of spiciness. The Shroom was also good and herby flavored. The Cornbread Jalapeno bowl was good, HOWEVER it was NOT spicy at all. It is very lemony, which I didn't mind after the initial shock, LoL; but I was expecting a taste of jalapeno. I had another person try the Cornbread Jalapeno bowl just to make sure it wasn't me and they also could not detect a jalapeno flavor. As stated before I did enjoy the bowl, but I do feel it should be renamed to reflect the lemony flavor.
The restaurant has a large selection of smoothies you can get as well. We ordered a Mango smoothie, Mint Chocolate smoothie, and Strawberry Fields smoothie. Unfortunately none of the smoothies, tasted like their namesakes. The mango smoothie was the closest to its namesake but wasn't what we expected in terms of flavor. It was a more muted mango flavor. The Mint Chocolate was VERY minty, and unfortunately didn't taste of chocolate at all. It was pretty good, but once again when you expect mint AND chocolate but ONLY get mint, you feel disappointed. The Strawberry Fields had a hint of strawberry and a large profile flavor of mint and grass. It reminded me of eating wild strawberries, the small ones that grow randomly and tastes like grass and is absolutely not comparable to the farmers market/grocery store strawberries.
The restaurant itself has no parking. There is parallel street parking and a parking garage very close by, neither are free.
If you have young kids bring something for them to do, such as a coloring page and crayons. The restaurant doesn't have anything for kids.
Bottom line:I would go back. The food was good, but I'd avoid...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Rooted3, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem for anyone seeking a healthy, plant-based, gluten free, and allergen-free dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the bright, welcoming atmosphere and the thoughtful, allergy-friendly menu.
As someone with food sensitivities, it's rare to find a place where I can truly relax and enjoy my meal without worrying about hidden ingredients. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to accommodate my dietary needs with ease. Every dish is crafted with fresh, wholesome ingredients, and you can truly taste the care and attention that goes into each meal.
The flavor profiles were nothing short of extraordinary! The bowls with roasted veggies, greens, fritters, fresh colorful veggies, and roasted garlic dressing was a vibrant, filling delight. For dessert, I enjoyed the apple pie chia pudding, which was rich, indulgent, and completely guilt-free.
What really stands out is how Rooted3 manages to create meals that are both nourishing and satisfying without sacrificing taste. It's a perfect place for anyone looking for clean, flavorful food that aligns with their dietary needs. Whether you're plant-based, gluten-free, or dealing with allergies, this restaurant is a must-visit....

The majority of the 5-star reviews resemble the output of "professional" SEO and review upgrading services and/or the owners' buddies, so a retort is fitting:
Food: everything in the displays and fridges is garbage - foo-foo virtue signaling loaded with "natural flavor", healthy artificial sweeteners and vegan nutraceuticals. It's fine to sell this stuff, but it's not ok to believe this stuff is somehow 'clean' or 'healthy.'
The chipotle-bowl concept is fine and about average-priced for what it is - indifferent vegetables and low-flavor sauce with limpid "fried" items that may legitimately appeal to the foo foo vegan crowd.
Service: I'm not sure if the generation Z staff are unusually and atypically useless or just about average among their peers. They neglected to tell me the 'chef' was passed out in the dining room and then lied to me about my order being in the oven. I'm grossed out by the thought of any of these people handling food!
Atmosphere: the lush verdant foliage from the grand opening has given way to a withered and spotted look while the bright full-spectrum lights, so welcome on a chill February date, now pitilessly illuminate the lack of customers and exorbitant prices on alcohol and...
