Ruby Thai Kitchen Montgomery Mall — Restaurant in Maryland

I've gone here almost daily for the past month. I've spent at least $100 here in the past month. Things were ok until an employee had the nerve to disrespect me. She told me she sees my face almost everyday, and suggested that I go elsewhere. She said it in a very disrespectful manor, and I felt very disrespected.

I wonder how corporate would feel about employees sending business elsewhere. I plan on finding out her name, and reporting her to management. I might also report her to the mall's management. It was very out of line.

Food is good and tasty. Great Price. I visited this place many times. But reason why i gave this one star is worker. She is very rude. Her name is i think May. When i visited i wanted fried vegetables but she said it will ready in 15min. But after i finished to choose my food, She bring the vegetables to other customers. Im so shocked. I told her about why you didn't give me the vegetables but she started like screaming to me. She said I'm the manager. You can't complain to me, said this kind of things to me. Ohh don't come this place. You will get only stress from this place. Other workers and cashier keep telling me sorry but.... i didn't...

Second visit: The good news is that you can get vegetables here (cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and way too many onions). Reasonable quality food (I got the rice noodles, vegetables, salt & pepper chicken and some other chicken) ... it's not your typical bread, meat, and cheese meal. The bad news is the inconsistent quantity. Did I get more than I paid for last time or did I not get what I paid for this time? I guess it depends what kind of mood the server is in.

First visit: Could have been 4 or 5 star because the food (rice noodles, spicy chicken and bang bang chicken) was relatively tasty and plentiful but it was also tepid and I bit down on a bone...
