Silvestre Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

I eat from this restaurant all the time but the last few times I have ordered the food it has been dry and not as tasty I don’t know if they have a new Chief or it just the new norm now but I drove to the Restaurant yesterday and ordered the strimp, steak and chicken with rice and string beans and my food was dry and tasty as usual and invited my girlfriend up because she love the food when she had it months ago at my house so we meet there and she ordered two meals also when she got home from driving 45 minutes away she stated her food wasn’t good either so I guess it is what it is but she said the one in Waldorf was way better they must have move the good...

This is the spot to get the family the whole meal and some. I am veggie person and love those strings beans & kale greens. Hurt my self on some goof old veggies. The hole menu is excellent. Don't sleep on the salmon too just delicious. This is one of my go to spots too in the neighborhood. Always hot and hit the spot so two orders so you have enough for tomorrow. I’ve been here at least 100 times.

I always call in advance and my food is always ready in “20 mins”.

I ordered the Fajita Mixta, which comes with chopped chicken, steak, and shrimp (4 pieces).

Honestly, this flavor is unmatched.

Only things I don't like is paying .35cent per extra sauce because I love sauce, so that's easily an extra $1-2, and not being able to sit in and eat “comfortably”. Please don't expect to be able dine-in.
