Im usually not one to complain or write a bad review but first impressions are a big thing for me and this was my first time here with my boyfriend, the pizza was okay. One of the girls on the pizza line had an attitude towards us and the customer before us. The customer before us asked her for more sauce and she said with an attitude "can't you wait till the end?" and then myself i asked for extra cheese and pepperoni and she got snarky with me. My boyfriend then got toppings on his pizza and instead of spreading them on the pizza she throws them on the pizza then moves his pizza to the next station and he wasnt even done with his toppings. I said something to her "you dont have to be rude or have an attitude or throw the toppings". Shes like "i didnt throw them and we have a line im trying to get down". Granted if you have a line or not you dont have to be rude or have an attitude towards your PAYING customers. I told the manager bout it and he didnt seem to care but for it he gave us our food for free. But thats not the point of getting free food but being in a customer service/retail job you need/should be pleasant to your paying customers. This is the first and last time im coming here. Im a manager myself and work in a customer service job, and if you want to make sales be nicer to the customers. Also, i wish they never closed the Pie 5 now they had good customer...
Read moreATTENTION: DO NOT order from MOD PIZZA (try Pistarro's instead)!
My "MOD Pizza" was ice-cold when my delivery driver ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT (definitely NOT what I had in mind "MOD", and certainly NOT the way I ordered it).The delivery driver informed them that letting food sit out for extended periods (knowingly) and STILL attempting to serve it to customers at frigid temperatures [with full awareness of the risks involved] is dangerous, reckless, unacceptable and has the potential to cause adverse effects to a person's health. The MOD Pizza employees laughed at my driver when he asked them to remake/reheat the food, reacted to him as if "he was crazy", AND, after being repeatedly asked to fix the serious food issue or get reported to Uber, the MOD employees replied "we don't care". Thank goodness that my amazing Uber Eats driver warned me in advance or I may have gotten sick. When the pizza arrived it was freezing cold (even after being placed in a "hot bag") and it was completely inedible.
This is an example of terrible customer service; I don't believe this pizza place should be in business. It is the manager's responsibility to hire competent workers who care about their customers. I demand an explanation, this is beyond unsatisfactory; it's unsafe. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, MOD Pizza...
Read moreI am normally a true fan of MOD pizza, but I am definitely not a fan of this location. I have experienced a couple unpleasant experiences within the past weekend alone , and now I will not be returning to location anytime soon. The first experience I had to leave the restaurant because service was so unbelievable slow, and so I left unpleasantly hungry. Then today, service was so horrible. I had told the cook my food was to go, and not for dining in, because service line never asked in the first place. Upon telling the cook my food was to go, she rolled her eye at me as then put it in a to go box. I could have left with the food for free if I wanted to, because no one was gonna charge me for food, until I reminded them I still need to pay for my food. Then I had to ask for a to go bag because they didn’t bother to offer me one, and then when asking for one, I was handed a bag to bag up my to go food. Then when eating the pizza all topping we’re still cold on top of the melted cheese and cooked crust. I wish they never closed the pie5 at this point because now good pizza is hard to find...
