I've been to this Starbucks for ordering in person and had decent service, but I recently tried it with the mobile ordering system and had terrible results. I ordered 5 drinks, two of them were made completely incorrectly, and the remaining three were substandard. When I brought one of the incorrectly made drinks to the barista's attention (it was supposed to be soy and no whip due to dairy allergy) she said she didn't even notice the alterations made to the standard drink, despite the printed sticker on the side of the cup listing them, and wasn't apologetic about it either. Half of why I love the mobile ordering is because of the ease of switching drinks to be dairy-free friendly without worrying about a verbal miscommunication, but if the baristas don't even read what they're supposed to be putting in the drink, it defeats the entire purpose. I usually order an Emperors Cloud tea or black dark roast, both of which have tasted fine from here. Staff is okay.
