This Starbucks location is terrible. They don't even know how to make the drinks on the menu provided by Starbucks. I ordered a mocha frappe and it tasted terrible . It literally tasted like terrible watered down mocha frappe. It was like they put too much ice and the ratio of the ingredients was off. I went back to this Starbucks after driving all the way home and realizing the drink tasted nothing like it was suppose to . After coming back to this location and telling them about the drink not tasting like anything and that I would like a remake for the drink. The female cashier took the order and remade the drink but when I went to go look at the cup the tag on the cup said she added 6 pumps of mocha which I never asked for! I just wanted the drink to be made correctly. The amount of mocha pumps that usually come with the drink is only 3 pumps of mocha but since she added 6 pumps it made the drink have a very strong chocolate taste like chocolate milk, not to mention there was a ton of mocha syrup at the bottom of the cup. They didn't even add the chocolate drizzle around the cup like I asked them to. Overall the experience was just terrible from waiting at the drive through, to messing up the drink , and the customer service was not there at all. I was very friendly and nice even though they messed up my drink and I could've acted differently about the situation by being rude and obnoxious about it however I wasn't so I don't understand why I didn't receive the same treatment back. Overall, I hate this Starbucks it's a waste of money and time. They clearly don't know how to make the drinks on the menu which is literally their whole job as a barista to make accurate drinks. So overall, I would assume this Starbucks is great. However, today I give them a 1 star for customer service. Prior to heading to work, I drove through the drive-thru line & waited for someone to greet me on the intercom, but there was nothing. I then said āHello, Helloā a few times before proceeding to drive up to the window to give my order that way because I assumed maybe the intercom was broken due to the rain. When I get to the window, I explained to the woman I didnāt get a chance to say my order because no one greeted me and/or said anything on the intercom to let me know the intercom was working and someone would be right with me momentarily. The woman then says to me āThe last time you did this ā¦.ā So I said, there was no last time cause I rarely come here and this has never happened. āThen she says it looks like I recognized you from before but Iām sorry can you drive around again.ā First, she stereotyped me. Not all black women with blonde braids look the same. Then, instead of you taking my order at the window, you ask me to drive back around through the drive thru and wait again. That was completely unacceptable & I left very disappointed....

Iāve let it go 2x now but this is the third time and UberEats is now so suspicious of the refunds I am asking, they wonāt help me with this order. The first time, I asked for no ice because they always fill the entire cup with ice and they filled my grande half way with coffee. It was a joke and it even tasted terrible. They also gave me the incorrect itemā a vanilla bar biscotti instead of the vanilla almond granola bar. The same exact thing happened the 2nd time. Iāve never had that issue at any other Starbucks when I requested no ice. They also added whip cream instead of the foam. That mistake blew my mind. Today, I ordered 5 things to get to the $15 limit and the main thing, my coffee, was missing from the order. When I call, they say āoh you can just come to the store and we will make it.ā I donāt have a car when my husband is working.
