This subway gave me the most insulting horrible experience ever. So I decided to eat at this subway in 6/17/23 but I went with a coupon that came from a paper from the mail.( I’ve been carrying these coupons around folded up in my purse so once I cut it out the paper it was a little wrinkled but was still valid and didn’t expire until 6/25/23). This subway was the only subway I’ve been to that stipulates their own exclusions for subs to use a coupon. Now once I was made aware of that from the lady working there she already showed discrimination towards me for having a coupon. She then focused her attention to another customer and told me to hold one second and went to service a customer who came after me. That’s the first red flag. So I chose from the list of subs that the coupon apply to. Once she got back to me and made my sub and rung me up at the register, she scanned my coupon and the computer supposively said system error/invalid. Remind you, my wrinkled valid coupon was still active and valid. She immediately gave the coupon back to me and insulted me by saying “the coupon was used already”. So I told her, that I had more coupons and I cut another coupon out in her face to show her that the coupons were not used and I had plenty more for her to scan. She then Scanned a second one and said “The system is down”. I then let her know that her response was very much insulting and I told her “ so I assume your saying this coupon I cut out in your face was used already as well.” Yes, I was very much insulted because from the door this money hungry greedy lady showed me poor customer service and discrimination because I had a coupon and patronizing with coupons seems not to be appreciated at this subway. I will never patronize this business and I recommend no one else to either. This franchise is family/friend owned and they are very tight with everything. Not to mention the three olives she put on the sub. I ended up walking out and patronizing “Pot Belly” next to this subway and was treated with dignity respect and great customer care. Read moreNasty people...I will never purchase anything from any Subway because of my experience in this store. It was 6:00pm, April 26, 2017, I ordered a large tuna. It was obvious they only had enough tuna for a half. Instead of getting more or telling me they only had enough for a half, they spread what little they had all the way across the large sandwich roll. I told them I didn't want that sandwich because it was short on the tuna. The owner who is a nasty rude person made the stupid rude remark to me that I needed to decide what I wanted before ordering. I told him that I knew what I wanted but I DID NOT like the way it was being fixed and I also told him that I will never come back to his store or any other Subway because of him and his non English speaking employee... The woman fixing my sandwich could not speak or understand English. I had to keep repeating the same thing over and over. When these people come here from India and open a store they should be required to hire at least fifty percent English speaking US citizens. All I can say is never again. Subway will never see another penny from me and I will encourage everybody I talk to stay away...
Read moreI was wondering why there was some type of shield covering the glass where the meat is. Now I know that it is to hide the amount that they are actually putting on your sub. I ordered a foot long tuna and I swear they only put two scoops on it when it should have been four total. Then they flatten it out on the bread to make you think it is four scoops. They are literally ripping people off and not serving the proper portion sizes. That is why you can no longer see how much meat they are putting on your sub. No other Subway hides their meat from its customers. I also asked for green peppers and she put four strips on the entire sub. Four!! I asked for onions and there couldn’t have been any more than 6 tiny pieces. 6 on the entire sub. Not to mention the lettuce is brown. The bathroom was also blocked with two chairs and a milk crate. I was told there was a plumbing issue with water running everywhere. I will NEVER, EVER spend another penny at this Subway. EVER! This Franchisee needs to be reported…...
