Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

I go to this particular Starbucks located inside the Safeway Market every Friday morning without fail. The nice lady behind the counter knows my usual order without my even having to say a word. She even remembers me well enough to call me by name. She is always kind, fun yet fast and professional.

Yes Starbucks has a longer wait time than most because; you are not getting just a common cup-a-joe! In Starbucks most people ask for Lotte's and coffee's with extras that heighten the coffee drinking experience. Yes the tables in this Starbucks are tightly spaced but it is never crowded. It has always been easy for me to find a comfortable spot! I'm autistic and do not like to be too crowded by all you typical humans.

Starbucks is a premium coffee shop as such yes you wait a wee bit longer. If you want a plain old common cup of mud calling it self coffee any old fast food joint or convenience store can help you out. Starbucks offers a superior coffee product that most discerning people consider well worth the wait.

It will never be normal or okay to deny people a BEVERAGE that you can't make almost 20 MINUTES before your closing time, because "you've cleaned up". But you have enough time to run out front, to yell across the parking lot to your ride though, while it's still business hours. This is already one of the lesser quality locations solely because of EEs, but I frequent here because my disabled great aunt lives in the area and I care for her : often times putting me in proximity when I'm running her errands. Anyway, it's never been a pleasant experience here but definitely tolerable. Now THAT'S GONE. In order for you not to be able to make a drink at 7:41 and you close at 8 means you had to start cleaning before 7:30. This is lazy and ridiculous. Absolutely no way I'd allow any of the 3 resourcefully challenged people there represent my store. I was so irritated. Used to be my favorite Starbucks but twice this month I’ve gone in for my coffee before work and can’t get it because they are closed? Manager said no one came in!?!? What the heck is wrong with this store this never happened until the past couple months. I won’t be back to this location again…I used to come...
