Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

Extremely poor experience from the manager. I was there to pick up a delivery order. The pickup time was 754pm, and I was there in the store at 752. After waiting at the counter for two minutes with no employees in sight, other customers walked in. I was finally able to see an employee and ask them if anybody was working the counter, and they said to hold on. Finally, a woman who was holding her cell phone and on FaceTime the entire time I was there, asked what I needed. I told her I was picking up an order, she got the drink for it then just started complaining to the person she was on FaceTime with that the doors should have been locked and there shouldn't be customers in the store. She was also extremely rude to the other customers, saying to them, "are you ordering something?" with so much attitude I'm amazed they didn't walk out. After waiting a few minutes for the food that was already supposed to be ready, I asked her politely if she knew how much longer it would be, as I had other orders to pickup. She ignored me, and continued to complain about customers to the person on her phone. She was also making food while holding her phone in one hand. She disappeared while taking the other customers order, which I only found out when I went to leave was that she had locked the doors, with customers inside. I then had to go back to her and wait for her to unlock the doors. Before I left, I asked if she was the manager, and she said she was. How burger king can let somebody that handles things and treats customers like that be a manager is beyond me. This branch of BK is not even worth of 1 small freaking star. Until now, me & my family was a loyal customer for more than 5 years specifically of this store, not McDonald (across the street) but to this God forsaken store. Everytime I bought 3 or more whopper (meal or not) via drive through, Im used of them telling me to wait at the parking spot. 1/17/20, 3:00pm, they made me wait for 20 minutes outside with 4 whoopers order. When I came inside to asked about my order and complained about it, they gave me a stare from head to toe (specially the big woman in the cashier) as if she about to shoot me if she had a gun. I never complained how many times they gave me burned bitter whopper nor few times I had missing items on my order. No matter how I liked their food and are better in my opinion than that across the street, but very very very poor customer service made their food tasteless. I work in a customer service field, I am wondering if those employees were being trained bacause I am pretty sure their service will not be of the standard of any American companies. As a starter they will loose a dozen or two customers because of how they treated me (got families & friends). And those employees working at 3:00pm of January 17, 2020, does not care. Im not sure although I am hoping that corporate office will be aware nor act on this issue. I felt bad because that was my experience in return...

I came into this establishment today and I have to say it was the worst burger king I ever went to in my life. for starters the outside looks drab and unkept. which I guess matches in interior, because when u walk in its dirty and it smells of sweat and musk. the odor was terrible as if no one cleans themselves or the store. but hey I thought that maybe their having a bad week. that was until The cashier who was this bigger lady came and asked what I wanted in such a attitude having tone. first of all she smelled terrible and the more I realized the more I noticed she was the one who made the store smell terrible and her customer service was not the best. she seemed miserable and hey i've been there before, its hard to always be happy but show some sort of emotion to a paying customer. now I probably sound like a karen but this is a real problem I just had here. i still ended up getting some food, which you know what was actually pretty good but the smell, the broken music speaker and the drabby place still does not excuse it. 0/10 would not go here again. now the mcdonalds across the street THATS where you want to go. I went there after and it had the best customer service, it smelled clean and like I wanted to be there. no Hate on you entirely burger king but I did not like...
