The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I and 2 other people who weren't with me stood there waiting for our order to be taken for 10 minutes at the register. Not one employee said a word to any of us the whole time we were there. Thanks to one customer for telling us to order at the kiosk. I ordered a veggie burger and the wasabi peas fries. The fries had zero flavor of wasabi or any flavor at all. It was just tempura style green beans. The veggie burger tasted like cardboard packed with an unhealthy amount of onions added to it. I have had some really good veggie burgers but this place was a real disappointment. Even down to when my order was ready not one employee said anything. I only knew my order was ready because she set the bag on the counter and I had to check for my phone number. It wasn't until I got to my car that I then received a text saying my order was ready. You would think that for the prices they charge they would have better food and customer service . This would be a great place for anyone who doesn't like talking to people to work. Yesterday was the first time that we visited. One thing that I was disappointed about is that the restaurant doesn't offer military discounts, I asked the cashier who asked someone who appeared to be the Manager and he said No. The second thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that the burgers that we ordered weren't completely cooked all the way through. I didn't notice it until I was half way through with eating it. I then looked at my child's burger to see if it just mines that still was pink on the inside but my child's burger was pink on the inside as well. We continued to eat the french fries, drink our drinks but threw the remaining burgers in the trash. I didn't mention to the Manager as he seemed entirely too busy. I love cheeseburgers. Therefore, I love trying new hamburger chains. This one was pretty mediocre.

I had the cheeseburger with avocado on it.. the Santa Fe... Santa Barbara... something, I think. The avocado was delicious. The burger was underseasoned and bland. There's only so much avocado can do!! The grilled onions were nice, but I'm going to need a lot more of those to make this sandwich taste like something more than soggy avocado toast. The fries could use some salt as well.

Their nuggets are laughable. For that price you could get something more substantial. Did you know you can get 50 nuggets at wendys for like $15? The habit charges like a dollar per nuggets and you don't even get to choose a dipping sauce. You get barbecue sauce. Take it or leave it.
