Not sure which is nastier, the food or the staff. I've tried this location twice and have had the same basic experience each time. I tried to use a Subway coupon the first time and a very rude man said "No, no, we don't take coupons," and waved me off with his hand. I just turned and walk out without saying anything.
The second time I also had a coupon and when I showed it to the clerk, she kept turning it over and over like she had never seen a coupon before. She went in the back and a male clerk came out and was literally whispering in her ear in another language other than English. Doing that in any language is rude when doing that in front of a customer. Between them, they were apparently able to figure it out and eventually, she began making the meatball sub I had requested. She barely put any sauce on it and I requested some more and she begrudgingly put a small dollop more on the sub. Jeesh, you would have that the cost of the sauce was coming directly out of her paycheck! She proceeded to make the second sub, which turned out to be inedible. Subway food really isn't that good to start with, but both of my experiences at the Wise Ave location were the worst. Do yourself a favor - spend your fast food dollars elsewhere and save yourself a lot of attitude AND...

Old review from 2018: I love Subway so this is really sad. This place has sucked everytime ive been. Bad service, rude employees, they wouldnt take our Subway coupon, and this time they put the smallest amount of toppings ive ever seen on our footlong subs. FOUR olive slices being the biggest issue. The other toppings i wanted were a bit bigger pieces so (being the type of non confrontational person i am) having less wasnt as big a deal to me, athough i found it very odd. So anwyay, i asked for more olives and she added two slices. TWO! I asked again "Uhm could i get more?" she turns to her co-worker (or manager im not sure) looking a bit panicked, and they mumble to each other a moment and the co-worker says "She already did, we're not supposed to give more than that." Im sorry, WHAT??? Since fricken WHEN is that a thing??? Every subway i have ever gone to has given way more than 6 pieces of olive like what in the world??? They did not give any explanation. In conclusion, im willing to drive to the Subway in Walmart on North Point Blvd instead when i want a good sandwhich and...
Read moreWhen having my sub made, I asked for extra lettuce. He barely puts any lettuce.. maybe half a handful. I ask for more. Again barely picked any up. I asked for extra pickles. He puts 5 pickles on the whole foot long. I asked for extra. He picked up specifically 3 pickles. I asked for extra mayonnaise. He puts 2 swipes. I asked for more. He puts one measly swipe. Are condiments & toppings coming out of their salary now? Like you have to be THAT stingy with toppings? Especially when those are the only 2 toppings I want- I’m not over here asking for every vegetable & condiment. The bread was also so literally stale it either cut my gums or some hard piece of bread is now stuck inside my gums because they are swollen. Great way to get someone to never come back to your location ever again & go to a...
