If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order and when I came to pick it up they told me at the drive thru speaker there was no mobile order with my name. I come back 2 hours later with my brother and place a new mobile order. They acknowledge that they see it. When I get to the pick up window I am given my mobile order from 2 hours ago they mysteriously couldn’t find. Once I realize that I am called and told by an employee who “spoke to her manager” it’s my fault because I didn’t pick up the mobile order I placed 2 hours ago. I told her that I came to pick it up and they told me there was no mobile order for me. They then handed the phone off to some male manager who just came out of the bathroom and acted as if he didn’t want to speak with me. Then I hear another girl in the back saying “let me talk to her” only for her to get on the phone and accuse me of calling her foreign? I had no clue what she was talking about. Then she proceeded to hang up on me before a resolution was made. I was told to have a good night after being accused of calling her foreign and hung up on. Read moreTerrible service treated as if they are doing you a favor and annoyed you ask for anything. Order made wrong didn't add fresco and when asked if could get as ordered on recite. Was told that fresco means no cheese so they took out the cheese and didn't add fresco which it tomatoes that replace sour cream & dairy at taco bell. While being ignored after asking for oder to replace I noticed unsafe handling of foods. People not washing their hands after touching money and one workers had hair to her knees swinging around touching every surface that all the food is stored and prepared on. I was so afraid of getting sick from the food I didn't even eat it or even try get my money back. I mean if I couldn't even get tomatoes added like I had order I could only imagine what it would have taken to get my $7 back for 3 soft chicken tacos. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again. Read moreI purchased my food through the drive-thru. It was late night around 2 am on a Sunday. The taco was small. I ordered a nacho Belle Granded with no tomatoes. They must have forgotten the sour cream. I substituted chicken for ground beef.
There was hardly any chicken or cheese. I am not mad at them it was late. My friend drove the car in front and she paid for my phone. I was blown away. It was amazing. I should have paid for the car behind me but I was so happy I forgot.
The employees in the drive-thru window were so sweet but the food was not so great so. I gave them a 4-star review. Customer Service over everything people.
Sorry, no pics. The nachos were tossed around and the taco was so small it was just lettuce and cheese. The guys in the window were so cool. I didn't complain.
However, Google asked and I always give my best honest opinion.
