The customer service from management was the worst. I purchased a crunch wrap and after explaining to the gentleman who took my order as well and the one who was to prepare it, that the last time I had the nacho cheese I became sick and that I wanted regular cheese, they said no problem. The manager/supervisor then can from the back ad said, “make sure you charge her for the cheese”? I asked why would I be charged for cheese when cheese came on the crunch wrap, she stated that it didn’t matter, it was a different cheese. Now what was entered in the system was, “add cheese” for .60 as if my meal didn’t come with cheese. I’ve never had a problem at any other Taco Bell pertaining to this request as it is understood that the crunch comes with cheese already. Now, I was in the process of ordering the rest of my items when all this occurred. Needless to say, it wasn’t about paying the .60 but they were charging me for something I was already paying for. I cancelled the other items and because the gentleman in the back started making the wrap, paid for my “added cheese” that was already included in my meal and had to go elsewhere to fulfill my full meal. Read moreAround 1am today I was denied service because I did not place my order at the intercom; I explained to the young man with glasses and the young lady with dreadlocks that I could not hear them through the speaker and that the sign on the intercom said if you can not hear pull to the window for assistance.
Once I pulled to the window, they ordered me to turn around and go back through to place the order. I insisted that they take the order there (because it does not make sense to turn around and go back through the line to attempt for a second time to place the order when I'm right in front of them) but instead they refused to take my order unless I followed their instructions.
I went back through, and there was no response. I pulled back up to the window and the same thing happened....THEY REFUSED MY ORDER.
I really don't know what to think about this because I have never had this happen to me, in fact, I have never written a review until now. The service was the worst service I have ever received at any fast food/restaurant establishment; they should have just said that they were uninterested in giving me service and they did not want my money because that sums up what happened...
Read moreI came to this restaurant at 10.30 am I came to this restaurant who ordered online. I couldn't get my order. I got a message saying the order is ready and I showed it to me. A business that tells me to wait in line cannot be a business!!! he keeps the prepared order waiting on the table and it is not even 1 minute to give it only from the glass and he tells me that you will wait in line, this food will get cold in 130 minutes and the customer will eat cold food and the tender driver will stay, therefore this restaurant violates the customer rights as it violates the operating rules. It is announced to all our people that it is a nonsense incompetence to wait in the same queue for the orders given in this restaurant beforehand. we are talking about such nonsense I have never seen anywhere, only the working staff is bored of work..
