Staples — Local services in Cumberland

I would really like the regional manager to get this location in order. It seems like they're always short staffed or disorganized. I utilize this location for printing for work-related matters. I understand if they can't print and complete while I'm there. But when I drop off items at 9:00 a.m. and come to pick it up at 3:30 p.m. I expect them to be done and ready. Now I have to plan to make another trip out to La Vale from Accident, or cancel it altogether. I chose the latter. I'm not going to give a company my money when they're inefficient. I will take it to the Staples in Morgantown where they can get the work done.

The icing on the cake is that the employee made it seem like I was inconveniencing her when I came to pick it up at 3:30. She mentioned that the earlier shift left it for her and it was on her to do list and it would take a long time for her to do it if I wanted to wait. With that I said just cancel it. To which she replied you can't wait an hour!? I almost lost my mind. No I can't wait an hour I've been waiting all...

This store has just about everything you need for an office environment and has some high quality office products that you can't find in other stores locally. However, beyond some of the quality items, the everyday items you may purchase here are often overpriced. Some items you find here cost more than their same quality equivalent at other stores. The only reason I'm giving this business 3 stars is because they offer a very large selection of products with many products that can't be found at other stores. However, unless you are buying the higher quality luxury items or purchasing items that can only be found in this store, I can't justify stopping at this store. You're much better off going to a different store where you can find your everyday office supplies for...

We picked this shipping and copying store because we were in the area. The store was not busy due to COVID 19. When I asked about the size box I needed to ship my completed copies,this became a huge joke to the MANAGER and another employee. They did not help or talk about shipping services. They pointed out a stack of various size boxes out on display. In my opinion this is happening far too often in what should be professional settings.We are CUSTOMERS and have turned to a professional service with poor results.Everyone wants to have fun but not at your business's expense.
