I have been going here shortly after I quit smoking Valentine’s Day 2023.I had enough frustration with waiting and going without or trying something else ,I ended up not liking,and throwing it out,from my local suppliers,I HAD to find myself a solution that would work,before I went back to smoking cigarettes again.q So I took a chance on this place,one day after leaving my Dr.appt.and it was one of the BEST DECISIONS I MADE ..and I’ve never needed anything else since… I just use a small vapor,a NovaX,and only one flavor I love ,Black Cherry,with mesh filters,my previous stores,never had the mesh filters in stock,and it was a hit or miss with my flavor. The Co Owner,who works at the LaVale Store,is absolutely the best ,when it comes to making sure that you get the right products for what device you are using as I asked him.He made sure I had the mesh filters I liked that worked,and they also had plenty of my Black Cherry sitting on the shelf.He was also kind,and not rushing me,as I asked him questions.Well over a year now,and I leave WV ,go pass many vapor stores ,to go to MD to see MY BUDDY every Month to stock !! Also this place is Beautiful,always clean,everything is Fantastic,it’s so organized on the shelves,and has many Nice employees ready to assist you,and any questions,you may have. Im telling you my experience for over the year.I just love how these guys keep this place really clean ,every time I have been there .Everything is glass in there store and it’s always clean,never no dust on the shelves or the counters.Smells & looks like someone scrubbed the floors when I walk in the door.I WANT TO HIRE THEM FOR MY HOME ! Lol

Store was very nice clean had a big selection of smoking products and devices but the only problem I had was I was told that this particular item would be perfect for me well I buy it at $75 bring it home try it one time and it makes me cough and hack even on the lowest settings. I thought to myself well no problem I'll just return it and find me one that works for me. NOT they told me that since it left the store and I put my mouth on it it could not be returned so now I'm out about 80 bucks for everything and have never used a thing they are very hard to sell online because places like Facebook yard sale I believe eBay things like that will not allow you to sell vapor products. If they would have told me this prior to me purchasing this I definitely would have looked into it or at least tried a...

It's a nice store front with a friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could base my rating entirely on them. However, it seems they are always out of stock on replacement coils for the tanks they sell on location. For the past few months I have been going here to get coils for a mod and tank that I bought there. The coils I wanted were out of stock so I bought a different kind until they ran out stock. I ended up buying a new tank from them and I'm down to my last coil. Wouldn't you know it. They don't have any replacement coils in stock. They never seem to order any. If they do they take too long to arrive for when I need them. They offer to bring them in from another location in another state, but who knows how long that would take.
