If you read this dont let one bad experience ruin your love for a place! I normally have good things to say about this place. That was not the case in one of my last visits. I had items I brought to sell and I tested all the items before I left. I had brought an Xbox and a playstation and both worked fine but when I got there they put one game in each and tried to test the games only one time and after explaining to maybe try a 2nd time or a different disc they ignored what I had to say then with out telling me first tried to give me 10 bucks for both systems claiming they were broken. Luckily I realized the amount he offered was not right so I took the systems home and tested them again with scratched up disc's and first try both the Xbox and playstation worked fine. On top of that I had a factory sealed zelda special edition wii u that they tried telling me wasn't worth more than 150 bucks that I also brought back home. Later that day I sold the factory sealed wii u system for 750 bucks and during the sale someone had told me they just sold the same thing for over 1000 bucks. Very disappointed. They were only gonna give me 250 bucks for items they would have then collectively made nearly $2000 reselling in the store. Do not sell your games here. Take the time and sell them yourself online or else you risk getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Although I had some other games that they did give me a decent value on, some of the employees could use a little more knowledge about specific bignsellers in a gamer collecting side of things, but they usually know there stuff and won't let you get ripped off by any repro fakes, also very honest and straight forward about what games are worth and wich ones aren't but over THERE VIDEO GANE SALES AND PEOCES ARE GREAT!!! and so is there customer service, very nice people and will help anyway they can if your in search of a specific product. Good customer service, decent prices except not as competitive with current markets locally with some products like consoles. Unfortunately a console I purchased lasted only a week beyond the return day and all data was lost due to a corrupted harddrive that was unknown. Console would not play discs initially without a reset but overlooked that issue. Found guitar hero van Halen for ps2. Been looking for that for a whille. Nice the credit carries over from store to store, since I don't live near this one! Edit: the van halen game appears to be the same one I bought from the Frederick location twice and returned it twice because it was the same broken product that froze in the same place.
