Twice within the same week I went to Wendy's as I was running late and didn't have time to eat at home before heading out in the road, and twine I had the same slow service, this Wendy's location is near my work. As always, I place my order through the phone app and when I arrive I press the "make my order" button and I get a message saying that they're making my order, I always go inside and get in line behind other customers, so as I'm waiting in line I noticed that they only come over to take counter orders every 5-8 minutes. The customer in front of me orders a large order and receives his order before my mobile is even ready, I get to the counter and tell her I have a mobile order, she then goes through a messy pile of receipts on her right side of the register to find my mobile order receipt, once she finds it they'll start making my order. I thought the reason for pressing the "make my order" button on the app was so that they can put my order in the que to be made like they do at McDonald's? Although I prefer not to eat at McDonald's or any fast food for that matter, McDonald's app ordering is almost perfection (except for the app lockups and crashes) From what it seems like at least at this Wendy's you might as well go inside get me line and order and not mess with the app ordering because it's not going to be any faster or convenient since you still have to go up to the counter to tell her it's an online order if you don't tell her it seems like it won't even...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNSANITARY EMPLOYEES. Some employees are not properly trained or refuse to follow BASIC food safety regulations. If your completing any cleaning task, your suppose to WASH YOUR HANDS before servicing customers let alone handling drinking cups or food. Or the possibly supervisor/ “MOD” constantly touching her hair in between handling customers food. As a customer I shouldn’t have to tell an employee to WASH HER HANDS before starting my transition. It’s basic common sense and the understanding of FOOD SAFETY!
I’d never step foot in this location. Aside from waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged to have my order taken. After receiving my food and checking both orders of fries to being told it’s not possible to have my fries with no salt. Yet I ordered it that way and should of been told that during the ordering process. I’d much rather patronize McDonald’s or Burger King than this location.
To have a “ remolded” store they need to remold the entire staff aside from the only African American young lady working around 5:47pm. I appreciate her taking the time to rectify the situation to the best of her abilities. Management need to do better with...
Read moreLived here 2.5 years and they’ve barely spoke any English the entire time (all staffing and especially the crew members put in drive thru) My orders have always been messed up. Something missing, incorrect, old, etc. It’s just honestly so ridiculous I’m surprised they’re still in business. Customer service is barely existent. No one is polite, they don’t speak to you with any customer service. Just matter of factly to get the job done/minimal required. Yesterday I asked for 1 chocolate chunk cookie & 1 sugar cookie. Was asking how many like five times. I understand language barriers to an extent but to the extent of not being able to order the food. Also the sugar cookie placed in the bag was like half a cookie and looked like it had bites taken out of it all around it.
