I would give zero stars, but that's not an option... don't waste you'r money here! NEVER visit the Marysville location! I was in there tonight for my son's 3rd birthday party, and only one arcade game was working, and the guy running the register was beyond rude. I specifically asked when reserving the room if I could bring an outside cake. I was told I could bring a cake and ice cream, but was never told I had to provide my own plates, and silverware. When it came for cake, I went up front to get a stack of plates, and some forks. The guy at the register then said "is this for cake? NO! You provide your own" I just kind of looked at him and he continued with "well, it's common sense, honey" in a really rude, snide tone. I explained that I had specifically asked if I could bring an outside cake. I was told I could bring a cake and ice cream, but was never told I had to provide my own plates, and silverware (which I would've gladly done). He again Rudely repeated "NO, it's common sense, honey, what would you do at a park?" I said "well, I am not at a park, I'm at a restaurant" he repeated "NO, it's common sense, honey" being more rude each time he said something. I explained that I did not have any plates, and he finally gave me the plates, but not until he finished berating me, belittling me, and rudely calling me honey in front of all the other customers waiting for service. He made me feel awful. Come to find out, this guy is the manager! I kid you not. I'm incredibly sad that I allowed him to ruin my son's 3rd birthday party for me. And even more frustrated that I went there to have fun with my family and couldn't even do that because all the games were out of order. If Alfy's pizza is what someone in the area is looking for, I would tell them to take the drive to either North Everett, or Arlington, and NEVER go to the Marysville location ever again. Worst service I've ever had. I...
Read moreToday my elderly mother and I came in to have lunch. She uses a walker so we needed to have a table on the main floor. We found a table in the corner and proceeded to sit and wait for our pizza to come when about 15 to 20 kindergarteners with a couple chaperones came in from Grace Academy and took over the booth behind us and the long table next to us. Then the chaperone's started praying with the children out load. Even though the children had very good behavior we felt that the adults were very rude. The restaurant was almost empty and they could have put all those kids anywhere else in the restaurant but they didn't. Nor did they apologize for crowding us out. As a result me and my 79 year old mother took her walker and other things and moved to another table on the other side of the restaurant. I don't know if the kids carperone's ordered ahead or not but I know that they got their pizza's before we did and we sat in the dark waiting and eating our pizza. When the staff at Alfy's brought us our food and seen that we were sitting in the dark and had moved tables there were no questions as to why or apology's for it being dark and turn on the lights or nothing. What should have been a good day out with my mom, turned into a crappy event and I don't think I will be returning to Alfy's anytime soon. I just wish that you didn't have to tip in the beginning. I think from now on I'll carry cash and tip at the end also considering that they charge a service fee here I don't think anyone...
Read moreWow. I have been in love with Alfy's pizza my whole life. It has always been my favorite, which is why I usually am okay with paying a bit more compared with other places. But I am becoming more and more disappointed every time I get pizza. First, you get rid of the bogo for take n bake, which I can understand from a business standpoint, so I was dealing with it okay. Then, you start using huge chunks of pineapple instead of tidbits, which also means you are only using maybe a 1/3 as much as you used to. And now, every time I go in, my pizza looks like an experiment. It isn't even round! Heaven forbid I grab pizza during the half price lunch time, because the shapes that we have recieved looks like someone was playing with a mallet on the dough. I would say that something needs to be done, because if this keeps on, I know myself and my large family, not to mention several of my friends won't keep paying extra for less and less ingredients thrown together on a mangled lump of dough. If you can lose a life long Alfy's lover, how do the rest of your customers feel? I hope this can change for my favorite pizza. I would hate for it to be just a place that USED to sell pizza...
