Ordered takeout from dickies on Jan 4 2024. Ordered 2 giant bakers with meat, pulled pork, both sauces with all the fixins. Total cost $35. When ordering the guy was initially polite. We have Ordered from the south everett location in the past with mixed results. When they manage to get our order to us the potato was at least large, and prepared well. This time is from the 88th Marysville location we got home to find no meat on our potatoes and it's pretty much just a big scoop of sour cream, the sour cream out weighs the potato. Called the guy back and he was super rude over the phone. "Sorry there's only 2 of us here so I can't make you a new one, and I can only refund you $8 for the missing meat." He said. He didn't take a name or show any signs of caring or acknowledging his mistake. We didn't order anything else so It's not like it was a missing side or something, we got 2 dried up rock hard potatoes and a ice cream scoop of sour cream for $35. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Ordered via Ubereats. Ordered the "local favorite" turkey. I was looking forward to some good turkey, but what we got was nothing more than a deli turkey that's been recooked. It was squishy and had no grain. Easy to tell its not actual turkey breast. Super disappointing. The sides that come with the 2/3 meat meals are tiny. Although the side of okra was large. Mac and cheese was also disappointing, the sauce is pretty recognizable as the canned cheese. The bread is served as a plain dry brick. Really not happy with the quality of the items for what it costs. I've tried to give them a chance since I love BBQ but I just end up disappointed every time.

Ordered them on doordash yesterday. They have forgot to include items, the presentation as you see, super messy (makes you think of what is going on in the kitchen) and worst of all, food is genuinely not tasty. We ordered a 3 meat platter with an extra rib (which was not included or refunded) with brisket and sausage and different sides. Sides were ok but BBQ was possibly the worst I have ever had. Ribs were overcooked, old ind dry. They ended up in the garbage. Brisket had a weird aftertaste - also in garbage. Sausage was ok. I am not a pig to eat stuff that is served in dirty containers and looks like it was just pulled out of garbage.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered. The first time we gave you a shot and a break because although we had to rewarm the food and our sides were not correct, it was good tasting.

This time tonight, we ordered a Westerner with all pulled pork and chose regular barbecue sauce. When it arrived, the sandwich was dry, cold, covered in onions and zero sauce, not on the side or on the sandwich.

We also ordered a brisket dip. It's suppose to come with aujus SAUCE to dip it in, it did NOT. The meat is dry and/or mostly fat, there are onions on the sandwich and as we speak, my other half is dousing it in the barbecue sauce from our own refrigerator so he can eat his dinner.

Lastly, the meats for the 2 meat plate and chicken breast are cold. We had to reheat them. The time it took to have doordash deliver it was only a few minutes, so this is not their issue.

You need to read your reviews on Google and on Facebook and pay attention to what people are saying. Retrain people. Make sure your temps are up before you get someone sick, especially with the poultry. Customers are paying a pretty hefty price to order from you in the first place and based on all of the bad reviews on many platforms, you either do not care or are hoping people will just forget and keep trying again. We did that last time, even offering a good post about you anyway since you're new in the area. Not this time, this is ridiculous.

Please fix your quality and your accuracy or quit offering delivery. Customers should be able to count on getting correct orders and quality food for the price.

I speak from the perspective of a customer, but also a former restaurant...

went in awhile ago, never been in before but was wickedly craving a baked potato and they were the closest place.

i come in, no one speaks to me and my partner for a long while. no, “sorry, one moment”, no “we’ll be right with you” just silence while they were scrambling around the kitchen. eventually a man comes and asks what we want to order, i believe it was one of their baked potatoes and a buffalo chicken sandwich. we go to pay and the woman helping us is saying nothing to us and is struggling with the register for what felt like 10 minutes. eventually the guy who took our order tells us that the only baked potato they had was a day old! why didn’t he tell us that before he took our order?!

we are disgusted. from what we can see from the register their prep area is disgusting. not to mention the complete lack of hairnets and the sweat dripping from their faces. also the lady wasn’t wearing a bra and was wearing a super see through shirt! her nipples were quite literally staring at me in the eyes.

we ended up cancelling our order and leaving before they even figured out the register. thank goodness chik fil a is just next door.

i don’t know what kind of business you guys are running but there needs to be some serious changes. the health and safety concerns are absolutely wild, never mind the...

I had gone in on the very first opening day & was disappointed with the quality of the food. 2 months after their opening, I decided to try them out again since it’s close to my work & I figured they probably trained the staff better since my initial visit. Regret choosing to do that. Went in and tried to order 3 different sandwiches but was told they were out of Cole Slaw, Caramelized Onion, some BBQ Sauce so those were out of the question. I settled for a meat and bread sandwich in which they only had sausage pork to choose from. I was fine with it, no worries. What I was excited about, was the chili. It was new, and I haven’t had chili in a while. I told the cashier I wanted to add a Chili Baker to my order and they gave me an entire Baked Potato in its place. For a sandwich and that potato which I didn’t want I paid $19. I didn’t ask questions since I had no idea they gave me a potato, I was so disappointed when I got to finally dig in and saw a huge potato full of uncooked onions instead of the chili. It was also full of uncooked onions and was not good. Probably the last time I will go to Dickeys.

Plus, the workers are not helpful with helping you order what you want. They don’t ask you if you want a combo and don’t help with letting you know what’s available. Menu’s too...
