Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Marysville

Even though we did like Jimmy Johns their customer service stinks. Placed a order almost 2weeks before our event. Which was for Aug. 1st. Today. When I called to confirm this past tues. was told their not opened on sat. What!! When ordered did not say that. Not once did I get a call. I'm glad I had brains to call and check. With them not calling I would of showed up, not to get my order. Did I mention I'm from out of town. Having special event there in Marysville. Was told I could go to 24t store. The girl who was working today, May 15th 2022, was very rude and aggressive with our food. I have no idea what her name was. The menus on the wall said nothing about tomatoes on our food, but yet we still had tomatoes on all of our food. They also didn’t cut our sandwiches in half, nor did they put our subs in a bag.

I’ve tried time and time again to give this Jimmy John’s a chance. Countless times now they’ve given anything but good service. Placed a delivery order, mind you on a Tuesday, was told no other delivery’s were placed and should be very quick. Needless to say it took 40 minutes to get 1 sub. I live 6 minutes from the store. Not to mention the driver brought me a coke with all the ice completely melted. This is the 3rd or 4th time now that this location has given the worst service I’ve ever had. Do not recommend,...
