Absolutely horrendous customer service.. Purchased from this companyâs vendor stand at the Boom City event. The employee ringing me up ignored me when I raised concern that the price added up to much more than I ordered, which she ignored and proceeded with the transaction anyway. As soon as it went through she told me she had made a mistake and didnât delete the items from the previous order, meaning that I paid an extra 9 dollars for something I didnât get. I asked for a cash refund multiple times or if I could get an item equivalent to the price I was overcharged, and her and the other employee told me no. They proceeded to tell me that I would surely get an immediate refund on my card. After an hour passed at the event and I still hadnât received the refund, I returned to the cashier once again to ask for a cash refund instead. The rude employee proceeded to argue with me and make excuses without any explanation as to why I was unable to get a refund in cash. She told me I could come visit their store if I didnât receive the refund. I tried to respectfully explain that I lived very far from their location and would be unable to drive back to the area, which is why I wanted to sort it out before I left. They continued to say they wouldnât give a cash refund and the âimmediate refundâ they claimed turned into âmaybe 6-8 business daysâ. The day after I still had not received a refund so I called and explained the situation, hoping to get it figured out over the phone. They continued to say they donât know what to tell me and that they canât control it despite the fact that it was a mistake on their end. I still have not received my refund. Overall a terrible experience that could have easily been solved and prevented. The employees handled it very poorly and had rude attitudes the entire time, despite my effort to suggest solutions. Then when I tasted all the candy some of it was way past expired and some others tasted like chemicals. When I brought this up to customer service they just had a ton of excuses and kept wanting âpicturesâ. When they offered to replace it I agreed and have since then been ghosted by them but Iâm sure theyâll have some more excuses for me. Definitely wonât recommend this place...
