spend your time and go to Subway or Jimmy John's. I didn't even get up to the counter before I witnessed the woman raising her voice very rudely to the old lady because she couldn't hear her. Rolling her eyes etc because she had to keep repeating herself. When I got to the counter she decided to tell me how to parent, my son was only sitting in a chair. Then she goes, so are you ready to order? You can feel the negativity a mile away from her, such a toxic environment. I decided to leave because of how uncomfortable and unprofessional she is. Then in a very snarky tone and look on her face she goes - HAVE A GOOD DAY very loudly. To the owner- you just lost a customer. How you run your business is YOUR business, but you are going to lose long time customers when you hire women off of the street with such hatred in their eyes. The young lady apologized and said that someone had called out and they were working as fast as they could, and it was apparent. Both of them were all smiles, and as helpful as they could be suggesting sides or additions and honestly engaging each customer. It is rare now to find such kind of people anywhere in a customer service style of job! It was our first time there but, will not be the last! Customer service is much more important than quality to me (which was outstanding, too)! Huge shout out to...
