I used to think this Wendy's was a decent one, it used to be quick with great service. While the drive thru was fast, the customer service I received was not worth the trip. I wasn't too entirely sure on how the coupons worked so I asked them and apparently they don't know either. After asking about one or two simple questions and receiving an annoyed person on the other end, I just gave up and said my order was done because the hassle clearly isn't worth it. My order was rung up in an odd way, I saw it on the screen yet they never gave a receipt so I can't even go back to make sure they rang it up right. And I didn't even want to bother with the upset people on the other side again. I get it that there's "lunch hour" in the restaurant business but that's no excuse for having an attitude with customers. On top of that, they were about to give me coins back when I clearly gave them a card! When I came home, I opened my baconator fries and there was a hair inside. It's hard to tell in the picture but there was a very clear white bulb at the end so it's not lint and definitely a hair. I don't know who's hair is falling off of where but finding that in food is absolutely disgusting and raises concerns on the sanitary requirements of the store, if there are any. Apparently the pandemic is over and sanitary concerns have gone out the window. This restaurant needs new employees or new management or something because it's honestly a mess. And judging by the fact there are other low reviews and nothing has changed, I only expect it to get worse. Please don't waste your time. You can either come to this mess of a Wendy's or the slow one on 5th street, pick your poison, atleast they are nicer on 5th street. Read moreThe young man had to step aside to gather the order for a couple in front of me. He did apologize for the wait. But, while I waited for my order he and another employee carried on a conversation at the registers about non work related things while one young man had his phone out. I find it quite rude to be on your phone during company time, not only is it a waste of company time but it is rude to the customer whom you are serving. I went in to assure I got my correct order as it has been a problem recently about getting the right items or ALL of my items. I only ordered a half size salad at this visit. But, I was quite disappointed with the service of these young men. It was certainly NOT my typical experience. I hope this experience will not be the new norm at this location. I come here because of friendliness and accuracy. Which is not what I have recently been experiencing. Also, the beverage machine to the right was dispensing coke leftovers with the water choice. The woman in front of me let the young man know that the machine wasn't dispensing the coke properly. He didn't apologize or assure her that the left machine was working and could use that one. For a we knew, they both could have been out of soda. There was no concern for her satisfaction or mine. I hope my next visit is more pleasurable and satisfactory. Read moreWent to this establishment earlier today around 1120am 1130 ordered a chicken blt biggie bag and 6 piece nugget once I opened my sandwich I realized it was just a plain chicken mayo Lettuce sandwich i ended up going back through about 5 minutes later once I realized let the lady at the speaker know my sandwich was not correct she apologized and said she thought I ordered that plain chicken sandwich which I was extremely nice and understood I get to the window the manager comes up and ask if he can take the sandwich (which is cold at this point I showed him what it looked like) I took 1 bite out of it before I realized. And he said okay do you mind if I just put the extra stuff on that sandwich. I told him I do mind and I would like it made how it was supposed to be made the first time and thanked him. Just wanted to let corporate or the establishment know that the gentlemen who asked me that should have a lesson in food safety and what to do and not to do when orders get messed up.
