Just came by the drive thru & had a great experience thanks to “Shoshannah! “ (Wasn’t even planning to go there , since the mcds that was listed online as open - is nothing but construction rubble next door lol) was even there the last hour before close …. Not only was she busting her tail the entire time even after she thought I pulled away….but she was super friendly, chatted about the remodels next door & filled me in on the upcoming reopenings… but she had my order on POINT . This is INCLUDING fresh hot fries …before close ! She also hooked it up super special when I honked & asked to add another item instead of driving around the building since I was the only one in line ;) thanks again girl! . My meal is better then I expected especially when I first figured I was stuck with mcds as they WERE listed as 24 hours but happily compromised with Wendy’s when I noticed the website for them is not only wrong but that the building isn’t even there! Management, Give that gal a raise…she deserves some recognition!... you don’t get service like that in fast food anymore - let alone any where with the pandemic funk going around . Read moreI deliver door dash and frequent many places but this one had yo ne the utmost worst for service. I waited in line in the drive through be ause they locked down the lobby. For 30 mi uses while the line didn't move once I got to the speaker told them who o was picking up they Instructed me to goto the lobby for doordash orders. I was like really your lobby is closed the insisted that I goto the door. So I did I tried both doors while some girl cleaning g looked at me with a dumb look on her face and ignored me. So o went to the drove thru window said something to the guy working the wi dow and he told me to wit out front so I did I finally had to call the store they wanted me together back in line which was now out the parking lot and around d the corner I finally had to yell at the manager that I've been there 45 minute been through the line and the run around that led to me calling g and plead to get my order brought out He apologized when he brought it the food but still get a clue guys .... door dash is your number one customer and service is everything thankfully my customer was understanding but if I could give...
Read moreWe've had hit or miss service from this Wendy's. A couple weeks ago they only gave us half of our order. Tonight we placed an order through their website which said their dining room was open to pick up meals curbside, which is the option we selected. We ordered thinking my husband would be able to quickly run in because of what the website said. We ordered food for my child thinking we would have it by a specific time. When my husband went to pick up, the doors were locked and the only option was to go through the drive through. The line for the drive through was backed out onto the road.
I tried calling to make sure they knew that their website states they're open to pick up inside and their phone is intentionally off the hook. While I understand there is a lack of staffing virtually everywhere, that's incredibly unprofessional. Update the website if only the drive thru is available or unlock the doors to match the website because now it's going to be at least an additional 20 minutes and I had to make my kid a separate meal since his food won't be...
