Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Washington

Et tu taco time? I am not one that frequents fast food places, and the last time I was at a Taco Time it wasn't too bad. The kitchen was pretty slow and they probably just got finished with a rush of customers. Three people making food, one at the register, and another looked like she was getting off shift, not sure who was handling the drive-thru orders. The tables needed wiping, trays and plates collected, and more help was needed at the counter, because the counter person was also busy in the back.

Back to the food, it reminded me why I stopped going to fast food places. Very tasteless mush meat filling, beans awful, no flavor, the tots and coke were the only things worth eating. Even the twelve year old with me hated it.

Who ever was the manager the evening of 02 Apr 2016, should have had the authority to ask the person going off shift to stay another hour, to clean the front of the house, and help with customers. She was kind of idle before leaving anyway.

• UPDATE * as of 03/13/23, I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Zach Eggers, of Taco Time - Marysville, concerning my review. Not only was Mr. Eggers prompt in his response, he was professional, and willing to make my previous experience a better one. I have never been contacted by a restaurant after having given a less than satisfactory review, much less an offer of compensation. This restaurant could teach a thing or two, to others in the industry! With that said, I will gladly give this restaurant a far better rating, and my business in the future! Thank you, Zach!

I ordered for mobile pick up, directions to actually pick up food aren't clear, and there's no signage inside the restaurant as to where the food was placed. Food was undercooked, no napkins in bag, and no...

After a very long day, I came through your drive through, and while the service was fast and friendly, it was incorrect. When I called the # on the receipt, I was given an option to hold, or press a number to be called back. I continued to hold, only to have my call forwarded to an abrupt voicemail. So I hung up, and tried again. The same thing happened 3 times. Then my number was just forwarded to the voicemail immediately. When I tried leaving a message, the call was disconnected before I could finish my message. A simple mistake that could have easily been dealt with, rather than ignored! Terrible customer service! I will probably never go to this...
