This location has to be a complete and utter JOKEā¦..the āmanagerā on duty during the late shift should be fired immediately due to his lack of professionalism and utter disregard for treating people with respect. I shouldnāt have to argue with management because they messed up on our order and also refused to make a menu item well before closing time. To further aggravate the situation I tried calling and was met with hostility and combativeness along with being hung up on, not once, not twice, not three times, but four. Absolutely NO excuse for this kind of behavior, especially on Thanksgiving! We had a family emergency and our Thanksgiving was ruined so we went through a drive-thru to feed ourselves and I wish we hadnāt. Now Iām out of not only the money I spent, but additional money he charged us for menu items we didnāt even order. Please donāt go here and give them your business, there are far better locations that wonāt treat you like a second class citizen and actually give you the service you deserve. For Gods sake, HOLD your āmanagerā accountable for his terrible behavior.
Update/Edit: I was able to make contact with the actual manager today, the worker that took our order that night that claimed to be the manager, wasnāt. She had a passive aggressive attitude and seem bothered she had to deal with my call. She didnāt want to give me her name, and there was definitely a language barrier present. She gave me the phone number to a man named Victor (who Iām assuming is the franchise owner) and I called him. He told me since we didnāt give back the food that he canāt refund my money, but he would re-make it. I guess the fact I tried calling four times to have the order fixed/refunded eluded you? You think I trust your āworkersā to not spit and defile my food? No thank youā¦..he provided me with no real option to recoup my money nor did he say anything about holding his workers accountable for their behavior. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI understand the usefulness of the ordering kiosks. What I don't understand is why the concept of "Customer Service" has to suffer! The last few times I have walked into this jack in the box on 4th and Beach the first thing that is said to me isn't "hello" or "welcome in" instead it's "use the kiosk to make your order" as they are running to the back. I wanted to pay with cash once I put my order in. Not even once did anyone even pop their head up to see if I needed help or if I was even still thereš I waited for nearly 5min before I had to yell for assistance and I had 1 person pop their head up made eye contact but NO ONE came to see what I needed it wasn't untill I had to yell a 2nd time before someone finally came. And as soon as I paid without even looking at me ran off to the back before I could even ask for my soda cup. And it was apparent that the employee was annoyed that I called her back for my cup but if she wasn't in such a hurry to run off to go socialize she would have noticed herself that my order came with a cup. I would have maybe understood her running off because of being busy in the drive thru but No that wasn't the case. She literally ran off to stand off to the side and do nothing. When the kiosks came around I didn't realize that meant the end of good customer service. And why is it any customers that come inside either to dine in or take out, completely ignored? The crew were polite but unsure how they could help me so they phoned their boss Victor....this guy didn't care at all about me! He refused to help make the situation right on multiple accounts... A) He said he couldn't do anything simply because he doesn't own the other store I sent the mobile order too.....wow, way to represent your brand Victor :X B) He would not honor the one-time use promo I snagged on the mobile app in his store...and I was willing to pay twice! C) After the managers from each store had a phone conversation and agreed to make me my order, Victor was called a second time and he REFUSED again! He wasn't even present. D) He said I'd have to drive to the other store just to get a refund issued. All of this over a $4.33 order.....
