I have been coming to Dunkin' EVERY DAY for several weeks since I moved to this area. I really like the Original blend coffee and have tried multiple sandwiches and other items. Mostly, everything has been very good.
Occasionally, the bacon is not cooked well. Once, I got an avocado toast that was not toasted and with no seasoning. Often, they forget to put the seasoning on.
For the most part, the window service has been lovely and kind. I appreciate the little pup cup for my dog.
I did the survey once, but it was not worth the effort as I received a stale glazed doughnut.
Another thing that sucks is the drive thru where mobile orders drive in and cut in front of you. I ALWAYS do a mobile order, but use the speaker to announce my order number as I don't want to cut in front of someone who has been waiting. They need to re-work this somehow. See how Taco Bell is doing mobile orders where they call the mobile up to the window between other orders.
Really, I would not have written a word about the aforementioned issues, but today was the icing melting off the cake. The parking here bucks with much of the back area used by employees. Who wants to sit in the front and try to relax with breakfast with people coming in and out?. So, I was sitting in the back of the store when this snotty little girl comes and tells me I cannot park in that shady area because their truck comes in. I knew the truck came in yesterday and does not come every day. I move when the tru k comes in. The truck always parks to the side behind the dumpster. She continued, " You just can't park here." There was a van parked in the area, as well. She told me, "They can't park here either." I mentioned that he appeared to be doing some work in the store, and she replied, "Well, if he is working in the store, that's okay. But you can't park here." So, what if the truck comes while he is working in the store? Very few folks park to eat their food. Most go home or to work. The problem is my car is my home and has been for over two years. I just wanted to sit for a bit and enjoy my breakfast sandwich and coffee while it was hot and in the shade. I moved to another parking spot with the heat and sun blinding me. I am really upset and miserable as the snotty little girl robbed some of the joy from my day.
Yes, I am really upset. I also know there will be little empathy. As I mentioned, I am a 72 year old homeless woman with her dog spending $7-8 a day now at Dunkin because I really have liked it. But no little snotty girl is going to be allowed to affect my day in an adverse manner.
05/05/2024 I have decided I will not return to Dunkin. I am through spending my money here every day.
First of all, I had a mobile order. I had avocado toast. This really should not be made too far ahead. Of course, the avocado cools the toast, but it was stone cold and chewy.
It was a very busy morning, so I know they won't miss my business. There was no place to park except what they call their loading area which is not labeled "loading area" and does not indicate "Do not park."
So the same snotty little girl approaches my ca r and tells me "I have already told you once. You can't park here." I have enough sense to move if I see a truck coming in. She went inside and came back out skipping and singing, "I told 'em. I told 'em." She was laughing and skipped to her car. Someone else came our and told me to move. But the lot had been full. I have no where else to go but sit in my car and eat my stone cold avocado toast and halfway warm coffee, so it is best I move on and not return. I will cash in my rewards somewhere else and be done with Dunkin' after i do so. I don't drink the sugar--filled specialty drinks. There are plenty of other places to get a good...

As a former traveling investigator, I've probably been to over 50 different DD locations across the US. The one thing I have always appreciated was their consistency of quality (although a tad pricey IMO), but it is what it is. The one "treat" that I have enjoyed over the recent past is their "Hash Rounds" to compliment my breakfast sandwich. Although I've never really "counted" how many were in the serving (until today), I always felt the amount served was "ample" for the price.
Well, this morning, I visited the only DD in Maryville, TN and ordered a chicken biscuit combo with an iced coffee, a bacon, egg & cheese croissant and a second order of hash rounds. When I got to the window, I handed the cashier a $10, only to realize the tab was $10.92? I assumed I would be getting back about $2.00!
As I pulled away from the drive-thru, I decided to park and check my order and make sure I wasn't overcharged for an additional sandwich or something. To my dismay (and disappointment), I found each bag of hash rounds was less than half full. I then parked and went inside to inquire. I was advised DD had changed the quantity from 9 down to only 6. Although it doesn't seem like much, but that's a 33% decrease.
As I drove away in disgust, and after eating my whole 6 hash rounds, I decided to have my chicken biscuit. Of course, by now I'm about 10 minutes away only to find the center of the biscuit still "raw".
Upon my return to the house, I decided to call a different DD located on Northshore Drive, which I have ordered hash rounds before. When questioned as to the quantity of an order, I was advised they typically serve 9 hash rounds per order.
My recommendation, if you're in Maryville, TN and in the mood for a donut, most of the convenience stores stock Krispy Kreme donuts and Mickey D's serves a pretty close cup of coffee for $0.99 (any size)!
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Maryville,...
Read moreWife ordered mobile pick up while I was out. As I walked in to retrieve our order, I find the stickers that say 10f 3 20 of 3 3 of 3 (2 drinks and bag of food). Bag was rolled up with receipt taped to it as if it was complete. I get home a d my son's wake up wrap wasn't in there. Tried to resolve it over the phone due to our plans today but that was unsuccessful. "Company policy won't allow it to be resolved over the phone." So I go back to the store ask to speak to the manage and "Cassie" claimed to be the manager. State my issue and she states she cam refund it or make me another one. I ask for the one we ordered to be made and ask for another $2.99 wake up wrap for compensation for spending additional time away from our family plans to fix their mistake. Cassie seemed as if that was doable and brings a back to the counter. I look in it to see only one wake up wrap. I ask so your not gonna compensate me for your mistake and my time to fixing? She said nope because you only paid for 1!. I said ok, who is in charge of making sure orders are complete before placing them in the pick up area. She said everyone is. I said well... you all need to do better. She claimed she made it right... I stated no you didn't. And walked out. On my way out she was yelling and getting loud with kids and customers in there. I feel like she attempted to humiliate me. Her conflict resolution is horrible. Tabi (THE MANAGER) later called me with no resolution other than saying sorry. I am currently waiting to hear from Ryan (Regional Manager). This was the craziest thing I've ever experienced there. Cassie led me to believe she was taking care of my request, which I feel was reasonable, but she lied. She said she was the manager, she lied. Customer care is gone...
