Definitely not Lovin' this McDonald's! When you pay $8.83 for a Steak, egg, and cheese bagel ($5.29 for the bagel, extra butter, extra cheese $.75, extra steak $1.99, extra grilled slivered onions, and extra breakfast sauce, $.80 tax) you expect it to be right or if it isn't, for them to make it right. I wish I had taken pictures of all the bagels but these pictures should speak for themselves and give you an idea of what the others were like. 4 times of having to waste gas to go get a replacement for something that wasn't done right the first time. On one of the trips, the grilled onions were not on the bagel and I was in a hurry and asked for some I a box and I would put them on myself, I get down the road to where the onions can be added and found i had been given raw onions in a box instead of the grilled that is supposed to be on the bagel. The extra steak was left off on one trip, nothing extra had been added on another, and today's trip i spoke with the manager Jose prior to coming to get the replacement and had spoke with the DM yesterday who had assured me that they would make it to perfection and wanted to make sure I was happy with it, only to get to the restaurant today and at 10:27am they changed the menu board to lunch while I was in front of it and breakfast is supposed to be ran til 10:30am, they initiated a ticket prior to letting me see the replacement bagel and put that it was fixed on the ticket, and when I get to the 2nd window to get the bagel and I open it and look at it, it still had not been "fixed" the way it was supposed to be and the man at the window said his name was Jordan and when I expressed how unhappy I was with the bagel, he refused to correct it. I pulled around to the side and called the store and asked for Jose and this Jordan says they did fix the bagel and I told him I was not happy with it and he knew it cause I had told him, he still refused to "Make it Right" and when I asked for the phone number for Corporate office he refused to give me the number and said he had already talked to corporate office so they were aware of it already. Jordan claimed he was the DM. I had to call another McDonald's and get the phone number for corporate because the DM Jordan was rude and would not make it right, and would not provide the number to me. I worked for McDonald's for 4 years and when a customer pays for something and is not happy with it, you are supposed to make it right and make it how the customer wants it, not how you want to give it to them! I spoke with Alice at the corporate office and she was very apologetic and took my address to send me a voucher to go to any McDonald's so I don't have to go back to this one. I should have explained to her how I had to make this trip 5 times (once the first time when I bought the bagel and 4 other times to get the replacement bagel which never was corrected and made right to satisfy the customer) so that she could send a gas card too for the gas I had to use to make these trips for something that was never fixed right. She is going to notify a supervisor and I really hope that action is taken against Jose and Jordan because it is uncalled for to pay $8.83 for a bagel and never get it the way you really wanted and to be talked to the way that Jordan, the DM, talked to me. He should have to take discipline from the corporation so that he realizes there are consequences for his actions and that you are supposed to satisfy the customer, not give them what he wants to give them the way he wants to give it cause he is not the one who paid for it or had to waste $25 in gas to never get what he wanted and paid for. Look at these pictures and the grill slip, does this look like extra to you??? And every one of them was like this if not worse!

I review McDonald's because a lot of parents have to go there because of our kids. We go primarily for this reason. We went inside this time and it was a mistake. Nobody would come to the counter to take dine in orders. We stood there like 20 minutes and although we were seen nobody came out to take orders. A customer called us and said, "If you don't order through the kiosk you'll never get served." Several people wanted to dine in and weren't getting served. We finally figured out the kiosk and it was a pain let me tell you. I will say that once we got the order in it was brought out fairly quick. Although irritated we did get what we wanted. My quarter pounder had so much mustard on it I had to wipe some off with a napkin. For the most part it was a typical McDonald's meal. Not really great but not bad. The kids however loved their McNuggets and this is why we go. I would reccomend this location in the context of keeping the kids happy but definitely use the drive-thru.

We really shouldn't have to review McDonald's, but here I am.... I don't remember this kind of service at McD's 25yrs ago.

We really shouldn't have to review McDonald's, but here I am.... After 2min of waiting at the counter for ANYONE to come up, I decided to start the stopwatch for fun....here's how long it was before I walked out (6min and counting) and got in the drive through. Getting my drink (the only thing I ordered), it was incorrect and had to be redone. The correct one was made well and the guy at the window was friendly. I don't remember this kind of service at McD's 25yrs ago.

We stopped eating at this McDonald's on 411 month's ago bcuz of the good being horrible! Now we are a fan of McD's.. but not this one bcuz every time we stop an eat here our food comes out cold,old an over cooked!! Now being someone who has worked at MCDonald's year's ago an sonic etc i understand trying to get the food out quickly an staying ahead of the rush.. but that being said i would rather wait 5mins for fresh,hot food then a minute coming out an it's nasty! The employees last night we're standing around having a good ole time with each other with 2 manager's while customers including us we're in the restaurant eating an other's in the drive through! We also witnessed a call complaint come in an the 2 manager's Heather ,Paige fight over who was gonna take the call bcuz neither we're in the mood!! An has this manager finally took the call she was rude, an hateful .. we also witnessed 2 people walk in an leave with a whole bag of FREE food!! So not only are they giving away FREE food an sending out paid for food to customers nasty but there also rude an hateful to customers an complained right in my face when i returned my food bcuz of it being cold an old an over cooked they again gave me another big mac in the same condition !! How would corporate like knowing there loosing money an customers bcuz of the bad service of there employees!! Fyi i asked another employees what the manager's names we're as we walked out! Didn't ask for a full refund bcuz what would of been the point instead i waited til today an speak with another manager!! Robert on last night shift on December 30th at 9pm was working hard an doing his job!! Never eating at this McDonald's again bcuz we see that after month's nothing has changed!! I would love to speak to someone in corporate so i knew for sure they we're aware of what's going on in...

I don’t know the gentleman’s name. He works in the mornings and has tattoos. He is tall and thin. I just wanted to say thank you for being so pleasant to your customers and your crew. Every time I come in or go through the drive thru I see you with your sleeves rolled up and you are side by side next to your employees helping make the orders. Managers like you are so rare. Thank you!

Furthermore, there was a time a couple of months ago where I had an unfortunate experience involving another manager. This manager was an older female who has blonde short hair. She was very petite and thin. She was very rude to a young lady who was working the front end cash register. The manager was talking down to this young lady like she was garbage. I don’t know why. The young lady was very sweet and glided from task to task beautifully while staying busy. The manager was hollering across the dining room speaking to a customer complaining about how no body wants to work anymore. Well I can tell you that. Many companies do not pay a livable wage. It’s not that people don’t want to work, it’s because they can not afford to afford basic necessities. Then to top it off being spoken down to like garbage. It was horrible watching this manager treat this young lady like that. Stop being a jerk. You get more with sugar then you do...
