MrBeast Burger — Restaurant in Mason

I placed an order via the MrBeast Burger website. It was until after I placed my order that I realized that it was at a "virtual kitchen". This was my first time ordering MrBeast Burgers. I did a google search for impossible burgers and MrBeast Burgers came up. I ordered two burger combos (impossible burger and a regular burger). Arrived and picked up order.....luckily I didn't get too far down the highway before I realized one of the hamburgers were missing. I was also disappointed at the portion size of the fries. Each pack of fries had 10 fries each in them (yes I counted). I returned back to the location and was informed that they do not have the Impossible burger that I had order and that they hadn't had it for some time. I showed the manager that I placed the order directly through the MrBeast Burger website and he said he didn't understand why the impossible burger was listed as an order option because they hadn't had it available for months. So they intentionally gave me an incomplete order. I explained that I no longer wanted any of the order because I do not each meat and requested a refund. In addition, I was frustrated that they would intentionally give me an incomplete order knowing they didn't have what I ordered. I was told they had no way to give a refund nor the ability to cancel the order out the system. I left the entire food order at the location (food and drinks) and was instructed by the location manager that I needed to contact customer support. The blandest experience I ever had.

How is it possible to make the burgers have no flavor and the fries have no flavor?

Ordered Chris Style, Nashville hot, and Carl Deluxe and all 3 were unsatisfyingly bland. Even the Nashville hot barely tasted like anything. Like compare that to a single Wendy's spicy nugget and it loses the fight.

Even ordered the Beast fries as well with the extra burger meat. Burger meat was not seasoned and the fries were not seasoned.

Like I was given the option to either add the spices to the fries or not and it tasted like they added 2 milligrams of paprika and called it a day.

This was a delivery through UberEATS. The Beast Burger tasted alright. It was probably comparable to a Whopper at best. The grilled Carl's were cold. My daughter was not happy and my other only ate the cheese from the inside as the outside was hard and cold. The loaded beast fries were a soggy mess. For a soggy mess they tasted ok, and that's it. Last, the cookies. They were out of chocolate chip, as the picture shows. What kid is excited to get an oatmeal raisin when they thought chocolate chip was going to show up instead?
