I wish I could give no stars for the service from the supervisor. This issue(s) may not bother anyone else but it(they) bother(s) me. I work for a company not 2 minutes away from this location so it is awesome for me because I LOVE SUBWAY! I could eat it everyday! But the experience that I have had witvdont rs nd something goes wrong, like you fh this location is abysmal. The first time my company gave the employees gift cards to use in Mason. "Great I can go to Subway", was my thinking. I could purchase two FL subs and the gift would cover it. After I bought the two subs, on different occasions, I found that I still had money on the gift card. I went in to use it and the morning supervisor couldn't figure out how to ring in two forms of payment so she told me she couldn't complete the order. WHAT! The associate that was there turned nd looked at me and said sorry nd gave me the sandwich because I had stood there for 20+ mins waiting on the supervisor to figure it out...needless to say I gave the associate a tip nd it was the amount for the FL sub, $18. The next issue I had was when I ordered off the Subway App and the doordash person took my food. F.Y.I.-If you order from the restaurants app nd doordash delivers nd something goes wrong with the order, the restaurant, NOT DOORDASH is responsible. When I called to get a refund the same inefficient supervisor argued with me and hung up the phone on me because she didn't want to do the refund. I left work for lunch to go to the restaurant nd speak to her face-to-face. She still didn't want to make the mistake right. I then asked for the owners name. The associate gave me the name and then called him. Harry Chin is the owner of that restaurant nd as the conversation started, it seemed like he was not going to give me a refund, but after I explained the issue, full out, he had no issue giving me the refund. On the issue of the inept supervisor, he didn't sound like he was going to instruct, retrain, or explain to her that it is their job to correct the problem. So I stayed away from that restaurant for a while. Then today I go in to place an order because I will never blindly let that supervisor anywhere near my food, nd she was so disrespectful. When I told her that I wanted the other associate to make my food she told me I had to wait. This is after she started making to go orders that came in after I walked into the store. I don't care what that supervisors name is, but it is the blonde that looks like she is a past addict. No judgement, only stating the obvious. I have worked in the customer service industry for 25 years nd if she were one my associates, she would have been held accountable. So now I put it on a review because this unprofessional supervisor, who walked in from outside, from doing whatever nd just started making food. WTH! The inconsiderate stupidity has got to stop! I will never stop eating Subway nd will gladly put a review up Everytime I deal with...
Read moreI came in at 1 pm on Friday and asked for a club with no ham bacon instead. Every other subway I have been to in my life has understood that simple order. As I make my way through the line with not even eye contact from the guy making my sub whom I'm guessing is some sort of shot caller around there. As I get to the end of the line the teller tells me my sub chips and a small drink is $15.61 which is almost $6.00 more than I ever paid. Respectfully I asked for him to explain why so much and told me that I ordered a roast beef with turkey and bacon. "Extra charges are incurred" he said and I replied that is the most expensive subway I've ever had. I have ate the same sub for years at subways across the country. And for a meal that is reknowned for being cheap ingredients and quick it was neither. In fact the opposite. very dissatisfied with the actions that occurred. GO HERE AND GET TAKEN...
Read moreOverall it was pleasant and above the standard for the chain. However, like many fast food the prices are getting way, way too much for lunch and this is my primary reason I will not be back anytime soon. I think, that is the model everyone is going for anymore, see a customer once a quarter, but make double what you did in the past. I am not a fan of the thought process of the business owners, but if they think it makes sense, I hope it makes dollars. For me, while I really did enjoy my sandwich I can go to a nicer place and pay just few bucks more and have a better experience. That is what management of the fast food stores are missing, they are pricing themselves out...
