Staff does not listen! I literally just called and said can I get a large Philly cheesesteak with American cheese, onions, and Mayo no peppers. I also ordered a small chicken Philly with Mayo onions and ketchup only. The girl literally rung my chicken Philly up as a bacon chicken cheesesteak! We don’t eat any pork at all! I called back and she had the audacity to tell me I ordered a bacon cheesesteak and passed the manager the phone! Like girl if you’re new just say that! Mind you I repeated my order to her twice! And she repeated “got you” over and over ! But literally messed up the entire order! Also my large cheesesteak was not good at all! My cheese wasn’t melted they didn’t put my onions or anything on it ! $30 wasted on two subs! Ridiculous! Smh very much upsetting & they could careless that this was our dinner… 01/22/2022 night shift!...

Jersey Mike's has GLUTEN FREE ROLLS! YAY! But, they charge you $2.00 more per sub. Boo! Being charged so much more for my being able to eat a sub again is not fair. I do not eat gluten free because I want to, I do so because I have to. The ingredients in gluten free food do not cost any more than normal wheat flour, yet, I and many others with Celiac Disease, have to pay more for our food that, on most cases, does not taste as good as normal foods. I believe Jersey Mike's and other places should realize this, and not charge more. Would get alot more happy customers that way. Why should we be penalized for having dietary issues? First time at this location. I walked in and wasn't sure what I wanted so stepped back to look over menu. Meanwhile, a man & his daughter walked in to order sandwiches. I happen to look down at the station the meat cutter was so dirty! I believe the daughter whispered to her dad about it being dirty so the worker asked him if he wanted her to clean it! I ordered from the grill and only noticed AFTER he put meat in it, how dark it was and I could see all the dark bits so the grill was dirty too. The chicken steak came out so dark that it could pass for regular steak. So disappointed. It was not busy at all so they could have taken the time...
