I’ve been eating chick fil a for over 10 yrs all over the US, and this was the first time I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered a kids meal (and 2 other regular meals) and told the employee not to give me the toy. He said we could swap the toy for an ice cream and we agreed, I asked him if we could just get the ice cream at the end of our meal since we didn’t want to eat it before/during our meal and didn’t want it to melt, well the employee said “he couldn’t” do that. It literally made no difference whether I got the ice cream right away or a couple of minutes later but he insisted “he couldn’t do it”. I decided not to continue going back and forth with the employee and just took the ice cream right then and there. To me it seemed like the employee was just being lazy because as I said, it made literally NO DIFFERENCE when I got the ice cream. We like to enjoy the ice cream AFTER our meal and we were basically forced to eat it before just because a poorly trained employee didn’t have any common sense or was just being lazy. And just to clarify, I’ve made this same request at several other establishments and they always accommodated my request, which was not even complicated at all. Literally made zero sense. I love chick fil a but this was honestly...
Read moreBeing from Atlanta, I eat at CFA all the time. Being a signature member of their rewards program, I probably average once a week eating at cfa. At minimum. I can say this was the worst cfa experience I’ve ever had.
It was busy, I’ll give them that. But it took me 30 minutes to get my food. I preordered from the app as always, and waited in the lobby. Admittedly I was by far the only person. The in room dining people weren’t getting their food either. The app even asked me if I was still waiting. When I was finally able to get someone’s attention, they said my order was already given out. This was an obvious lie as I was literally sitting next to the counter the whole time and the app never said my food was coming shortly.
With that laughable excuse I asked for my food and a refund. They refused to offer a refund if I got my food despite the time difference. I also find this laughable. A CFA on the mainland would have offered me my money back zero issue or heck at least free milkshakes or something to mitigate an obvious service failure. Instead I was told “I’m doing my best.” Again, that’s laughable if that’s your best.
Bottom line, don’t go to this location. Hold out to go to CFA when you return to an area where they know how to...
Read moreDidn't expect to leave a fast food review but here we are. Starting to see the poor service related reviews and I understand.
We go to this Chick Fil A whenever we are on the island. The few times before this the service and food have been consistent and quality.
Visited middle of April on the way out, and used drive through. As we were pulling away noticed bag was light- and it was clearly missing an entree. Stopped and waited for the employee to re-emerge from the drive through door to explain the situation.
No acknowledgement or apology when I brought up the missing food. She spoke to her colleagues, found the box of food, handed it to me and turned back around. Golden Arches level of customer service!
Second issue- ordered sandwich with sauce it arrived dry. At least the food was freshly...
