Starbucks — Restaurant in Maui

I like a few workers at this spot but for some reason orders are wrong 12 out of 12 in a row and not even counting one from a friend and when it's their fault when I repeat and specifically say an order they dump the mess up instead of give it to someone or a homeless person, I order correctly ad if not I tell them before thy make drink but sometimes the order states exactly what it is and still made wrong . So much product wasted not even to be Givin ti someone else as a mess up or anything just aloha drain that's just messed up and ik starbucks gets write offs for donating to homeless or even get tax right offs in giving the day old food to non profits and somehow I don't think that happens in maui. I have never been to a place that hassled about u stepping put the store to get refill ever besides here and or dogs all across the country dogs go to starbucks service animals or not why have pup cups if a distant gret it and say truff ruff why have pup cups if not pet friendly ik book stores that have cats that live in them hell the walmart in maui has a cat that roams the store but that's beside the point please owner teach or hirer people who care to make the drink correctly and friendly staff since it is customer service if they dont like customers or prejudice might need a different...

The people working at this place Monday evening were the most unhelpful, non customer service oriented Starbucks baristas I have ever encountered in the entire US. They went out of their way to be mean and condescending when I got a chai latte that was only milk and inquired why. I order this same order all the time on the mainland and never have a problem but when I questioned the barista she threw the drink down the drain and spitefully explained that was what I got when I placed an order with no ice. I was bewildered by the hostility and bitterness, especially when 2 of them ganged up against me as I have experienced nothing but kindness in every other Starbucks. The guy standing across from me did not even hand me my drink when I finally just said I would take it however because they were so mean and he went out of his way to walk the drink down to the end of the counter to leave for me to pick it up. I’ve had a shitty birthday today and I went to get my birthday drink and they were weird from the start. Then when I got to the window they were like the birthday reward is not showing up in your rewards on our end. So I told them I want going to pay for it and then I tried to show them my ID to prove today is my birthday and the girl ignored it and came back with it’s not showing up on our end so I left.
