We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible Ignition Coffee at Luigi's stand in the Central Maui market.

Let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! I got their iced Chai. This is not your ordinary chai; Luigi's takes it to a whole new level. The blend of spices they use creates a creamy and unique taste that is out of this world. Every sip is a burst of flavor, with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. It's the kind of drink that warms your soul and leaves you craving more.

And let's not forget about the stand itself. The layout is incredibly cool, with a hot rod hand-painted hot-rod Lucky Lady engine as the centerpiece. So glad to have stumbled across this coffee cart inside of the Aloha Shop. Highly recommend if you enjoy tasting special coffees. Leonardo is great to talk to about the various beans they’re roasting and the special cold brews that his son Luigi and partner David have thoughtfully crafted. While we were there they had a cold brew made from delicious beans from Black and White Coffee roasters- it is the best cold brew I’ve tasted (and with my husband being a huge coffee fan, I’ve tasted a lot!). It reminds me of a creamy peach milk tea. We were on Maui for four full days and came back three different times. Leonardo was kind enough to pull espressos for us from any of the beans they carried so we were able to try a few varieties. Very special spot that puts a lot of care into their craft! We were wandering around Paia and stumbled across this fantastic coffee shop inside of a boutique and gallery. The service was incredible, the owners father was working the bar and went above and beyond in making sure we would live our drinks. We settled on the Nitro Cold Brew Latte (the first ive ever had of its kind, as it requires custom plumbing with the nitro keg and tap to make) and a Yuzu Limeade Espressoda, made with their homemade yuzu limeade, both 10/10.
