It's Saturday night after 9pm and you're craving a piping hot pizza. You've had a few drinks so it's a good idea to have your pizza delivered. Who do you choose? Dominos? Papa John's? Tough decision between the two major players but I chose Dominos for their app's simplicity and precise tracking information. I placed my order for a large 3 topping pizza through the Dominos app at 9:40pm and got a 21-31 minute delivery commitment for $18.89 plus tax. Nice! My overpriced hot pizza will be delivered by driver Nicholas at 10:15pm at the latest! The app tracking stated that the pizza was inspected for quality at 10:02pm and was in route for delivery. Right on schedule! Nope! Not so fast. My $18.89 cold pizza arrived at 10:52pm. 49 minutes after it it left the oven. After tipping driver Nicholas I'm $25 out of pocket for 6 slices of cold pizza. Ouch! Whoever inspected the pizza for quality at Dominos should have noticed that the toppings were nearly non existent. Nope! Mauldin Dominos made the decision to deliver that cold pathetic pizza to my home address. Dissatisfied? Absolutely! Lesson learned? Yes! Next time I order a pizza for delivery I'll choose Papa John's....

Was then called and told they would not be able to accommodate that so I immediately responded with Iāll be there to pick it up understanding the driver couldnāt do what was needed. When arriving I was greeted with ādo you have anything smaller then the $100 billā I had to which i replied āthis was the whole reason I was picking up my orderā. The manager Jessica then decided to chime in that the change for me was in the drawer and reiterated that drivers donāt carry more then $20 and added a little sassy they normally donāt accept them in store either she was only doing it because my food was already made. If this was the case then why not tell me before having to leave my house they only accept legal tender of their choosing? I can understand a driver not being able to but to tell me the store doesnāt is blatantly telling me we turn down business because you canāt provide a smaller currency.
