It is unfortunate that’s I have to go on here and write this. I have been a citizen of this state and city for over 20 years. And on the same token I have been a patron for this location. Today I went on there and ordered what would be considered an appetizer. small, medium and large were the options. Being that we were 4 and a child’s we thought a large “normal” would be sufficient. Well time passed and another waitress which did not take the order came out with an aluminum tray that was enough for approximately 12 people if not more.served in a catering aluminum tray; all of us at table said oh no. That is huge that’s not what we ordered. The original waitress failed to inform us from the beginning that this was a huge catering size tray. We refused the order and even asked if it was possible to reduce the portion to make it a normal smaller size they said that they were not able to accommodate that for us and the waitress asked us if we were ready to order. We placed an order and then she came back and told us she was sorry but she was not able to place the order because her boss/owner was not in to clear the previous order from the system. She then told us she would also take care of the drinks. She was apologetic. The rules and policies the owner she has established for her employees y is not the patrons responsibility. How ever I strongly believe she should train them better and have them be informative of the portions of what the customer is asking for. Now the owner has placed a post with images of my elder father, a four year-old child which is illegal; and that’s considered exploitation of a minor and elder. My brother and my sister in law. and myself on social media saying that we ate the food and that we left without paying and on top of that she’s saying that it’s the second time which is absolutely and completely false. I recommend this specific meal to part of a catering menu. . I encourage the future customers to this restaurant to ask questions before you place your order so you don’t go through the same thing that I’m going through. I am going through defamation of character. Which I don’t wish on anyone it is a very ugly feeling I can add to this that I am grateful that God has always given me the provision to purchase a meal Wherever I choose to go with no problem. I don’t need to leave a restaurant without paying. The owner of this place has stated on social media that it’s not the first time which is an absolute lie for which I will go to the police department and place a report I believe God is my provider and I have been able to purchase and enjoy the meals that God has always provided for me and my family.i have a and believe in a greater and more powerful God he will clarify this situation. The food is always good but if you order certain plates through uber eats they will almost never include lime or the bread that says is included in the plate sometimes even leave out the potatoes, it’s usually 2 out of 3 but have received orders missing all three. Also if i add note for an extra red sauce they give me none instead as this happened more than once so i stopped asking and just hope they give me at least one even though i usually order two plates. I also usually get an order of the delicious cheese sticks i wish they would give me a sauce when i order it and have even added a note to add a surcharge if necessary but have never gotten it. It can truly be a gamble as i think ive only gotten a perfect order once even though i have ordered the same order well over 50 times. Although i am usually frustrated with how the order is put together, or lack thereof, the food is always good and i dream of getting a perfect order from this restaurant. Maybe one day.

The food is great!! But the last few times I've been there their service is bad. Usually go in on Sundays during lunch. I know it's a busy time, waitresses are busy and takes longer to get service. But this time was different, we order one special to go. When we got there we said we were going to eat the special there and order more food the special was for my 3 year old. 30 minutes have gone by, other tables have been taken care of and our table is still full of dirty plates from the previous customers. They never ask me what additional food did I want. They never came and said anything. Worse customer service I have experienced at a Colombian restaurant. Funny thing is that as soon as a party of 4 came in. They came to our table and started cleaning it up. So I guess my business is not important to them. I guess they need to be reminded that I chose to go there from 2 other Colombian restaurant walking distance from each other. But again, they just let me know by those actions that they don't want...
