Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mauldin

My family and I journeyed to Mauldin to see the new location and it was worth the trip. I walked in the door with my four year old and the first thing she said was “it smells delicious in here”. I was pleasantly surprised with the seating options available inside.

The building seems rather small from the outside but there’s still plenty of room to dine in. Bar height and traditional table seating options which I appreciate being a family of four. Restrooms are well kept and stocked which is always important. We took ours to go this time for the sake of my five month old son who isn’t feeling his best.

The staff were all super friendly. Despite being busy at the time, they kept smiling and offering great customer service. My husband and I both got the giant and a regular for my little girl. As you can see I don’t have a sandwich pic, that’s because they didn’t last long.

I can definitely say this location is worth the revisit. We live in Fountain Inn but I received an invitation to try this location by Jed and unfortunately didn’t get to see him this visit but...

I have been a fan of Jersey Mikes for several years and have had their food at several different locations and was ecstatic when they opened a shop in Mauldin. I have been enjoying their steak and cheese subs since they opened. Last week I had a bad experience that kind of ruined my night. But I spoke with Joseph the next day and he was a true professional shift manager and worked to make things right. When I went in tonight I met the manager Jacob who made me a totally awesome sub and was very nice. As a previous business owner I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the totally delicious sub Jacob prepared for me. Me and my family live in Washington state my fiancé was born in South Carolina for me is my first time coming to the state my experience at this jersey Mike’s was very excellent. I cannot wait for my sandwich to eat what pulled me in was the classic van with Jersey Mike’s Logo on it. I was told by employees that the owner or the management that owns the vehicle was thinking about selling it. I personally think it’s a bad idea. I think the positioning of the vehicle is in a bad spot. I hope next time that I come to South Carolina, the car will be there. The staff was very excellent to me even the southern hospitality I hope the management sees this and doesn’t get rid of the vehicle and tell their staff. They did a good job because...
