If I didn't have to give a star to post a review.. It would have DEFINITELY been a zero rating.. My order was the Grilled Chicken Meal, fries, without seasoning. No ice in my drink.. They gave me a half cup of drink. I asked, "Am I getting half of a cup due to not wanting ice?" I'm not trying to get more drinks. The drink is cold enough for me from the fountain. My meal is 8.19 total was 8.85 with tax. I asked how the tax was .66? The rude young man who stated he was the manager stated to take it up with the government. I asked, why I would take it up with the government. Our sales tax is 6%. He stated you want the food or not? Of course I want my meal. are you independently owned for I've never visited this location..No we are franchised.. May I have your name and corporate's number?" Can't give that to you, and they're not going to call you back..The other young people were looking at him as if his smart aleck remarks were funny..he told the young man at the window to not give me my food before I paid..I stated to them..I'm not sure if he's actually the manager or not. He won't give me his name, and I can't read his tag.. From one who has managed in the corporate world myself over 30 years.. Young people don't follow that character of this manager. Your integrity will take you far..distinguish right from wrong.. I've NEVER had issues such as this in another state.. DEFINITELY not at my location I frequent..yessir Chick-fil-A is the bomb for many reasons. I couldn't hardly wait to read the reviews.. Now I understand the treatment I received so much better now!!!!! ..My breast was tiny..didn't cover the small bun, and my fries were very small, though they weigh them, few in number..I spoke with someone in corporate while awaiting my food..They assured me someone would be calling me from the district..I will see..Of course a gift card was offered..SO DISAPPOINTING ZAXBYS...DO BETTER IN YOUR HIRING!!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK!! BRING SIGNATURE SERVICE BACK!!!

It doesnât matter if you go inside, through the drive through or delivery, youâre going to wait! And donât order delivery from the app, youâll be missing items and will be told via âmanagersâ they canât give their names out neither the number to corporate offices! One girl gets on the phone and says sheâs the manager, tells me to write her name down on the back of my receipt so that I can come up there to get my items which were already paid for that were not delivered the first time. When I asked if that was my only option and was told yes, I asked for the number to corporate. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and someone else (Alexis) answers the phone. I had to retell my complaint to Alexis and she also informed me she was also the store âmanagerâ and there was nothing more that could be done and that she could not give out the number to corporate neither her full name. Why, so no one can complain and shut the store down???? There is NO accountability for this store and it shows. A kindergartner knows how to read a screen/receipt and make sure all items that were highlighted on the receipt are in the bag! You took time to highlight each item on the receipt, but failed to put those same items in the bag!! Make it make sense!    Read moreWorst experience with this restaurant ever. Sat through drive thru even though several cars in front of me. Moved pretty quickly but things went downhill after I got to pay window. Asked for a receipt and the lady rolled her eyes at me. Whatâs up with that. She tells me they donât have paper for register?? How does a restaurant function without cash register paper. They repeated my order and I couldnât understand the guy because he talked like he had mush in his mouth as many millennials do. I started to drive off and my daughter said it didnât sound like our order. She opened the bag and sure enough they had given her the wrong sandwich. She went into restaurant and got it corrected but think I was charged for a combo and she only got sandwich. Of course I couldnât tell because I had no receipt. What really clenched it was when I arrived home. I got the wings combo. Nothing about it was good. Wings were so dry I think they were cooked day before. Bread was hard as well as the fries. Sure they had been cooked at lunch and it was around 2:30 when we were there. Drink was flat. Iâll go to Fairview rd next time. This locations needs to step up with food...
