Always love the food but I cant believe the customer service i received that night. Really shocked me and hurt me. I understand that I came in at 9:48pm (12 min before closing) but it was a last minute decision but I knew my mother would LOVE for me to pick her up a meatball sub. But anyway when I started ordering my food the manager had a attitude and kept shaking her head &making sure that she wanted me to knew that I came in 10 min before closing and they were trying to close up and when I tried to tell her not to toast my father's sub she told me it was too late she already done it and that I did come in 10 min before closing. That was the 2nd or 3rd time she has reminded me that I came in and they were about to close. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 of them was only the meat and cheese on the subs so they were not that hard to make. Like I said before I LOVE THE FOOD !!! Read moreI ordered online from the app and was given a pick up time of 11:15am. I showed up at 11:13 and didn't receive my food until 11:45am! I asked the employees how much longer and they assured me it was being worked on but they had a large catering order come in. I understand that but my issue is that every single person in the dining room, regardless on when they came in (a few came in after I got there), was served before my order was even worked on.
