If I can give zero stars I would in a heartbeat , I been a customer of Metro PCS since the day they opened their doors ,LĂ st Thursday I took my son to the Metro on Butler Rd in Mauldin , I was running a little late , I mafe it to the store approx. 6:42 pm. As me n my son walked up to the store I noticed a guy sleeping in a chair by the front counter , when I opened the door he popped up with slobber running from his chin , he did not say a word , I asked him if he was ok n he replied ," just tired " so I asked him if I can purchase 2 new phones since I was eligible for upgrades ,, this loser had the nerve to tell me that he cannot activate any phone after 6: 45,which I knew was a straight up lie because my other son works for Metro as well , he then goes on to tell me that this store doesn't have any phones in stock , I ask him if he was on dope because he definitely looked like it , n wat phone store doesn't have 1 or 2 phones in stock , i did happen to glance at his name tag which was upside down pinned on his shirt , i figured out his name , it was a boy named Scott , well Metro you need to fire that kid asap or you will be losing much buisness at that store , I was so angry that I literally wanted to punch him in the face just for the fact that I knew he was lying n didn't want to do his job , I told him on my way out that he needs to find another job if he dont want to help good paying customers that been a customer for over 13 yrs , I then waited til the following day n went to the store in Greer where they were much more helpful n i ended up with my new upgrades n also bought the new internet system they have , Bottom line if this kind of service continues I will leave Metro in a minute even though I have 6 lines on my account for many yrs now . I'm just about fed up with Metro , it seems Everytime I go to the stores I end up getting the runaround but in this case the loser Scott that was high as a kite or on some kind of meds just straight up told me he don't want to help any customers , well Scott u r pathetic n I hope you get wat u deserve by treating good paying customers with disrespect n deceitful lies ! I hope u get FIRED , because u don't deserve to work anywhere where customer service is involved , Last but not least " I CANT SPELL THE WORD " BUM"...

All I need was to switch SIM cards cause someone took my daughterâs out her phone. Scott stated he need to send a link with he did and because I didnât have the phone on me I had to waited for my mom to provide the code. Sheâs elderly so she didnât understand. However some one assisted her with the code but every code she gave me Scott would say no itâs not it. Which made me more upset. He told me it was no other way to verify my account. When I asked the lady for help explained my situation, she instantly had an attitude and said she couldnât do anything.
