Honestly I truly enjoy Moeās food and I have been eating here since they were stationed in Tri-C cafeteria. But my visit recently has honestly left me furious!! On Nov. 9th, myself, my daughter and my mom unfortunately ended up stuck due to emergency car issues so we were already irritable going to NTB next door. I decided to purchase 2 bowls and the kids burrito meal while we wait. My daughter wanted spicy chicken in her burrito it my mom and I wanted white meat. Everything was fine during our visit until I bit into a raw piece of chicken. I called complaining of this issue and requesting a refund with no hostility at all. I was told that a supervisor would call me. I called back a few days later when I didnāt receive a call back and was directly connected to a supervisor. He apologized for the inconvenience but treated me as if I was trying to scam them or that I was lying. He said he was there that day, which Iām unsure why I wasnāt connected to him when I called that day. He said heās confident in all the food he puts out. Which is completely understandable but of course mistakes happen. Instead of making me feel like my concerns werenāt worth addressing, I would have appreciated a call back and a solution. New management should definitely be enforced due to the lack of work ethic i experienced on my visit. The day of my visit was on sunday july 23, as i proceeded to get closer to the counter in line, i happened to notice that there wasn't any of the proteins advertised available. The steamline was for the most part empty,(out of steak, chicken, or spicy chicken) The only meat available was ground beef. I was then asked what i would like to order and when i questioned the worker if beef was my only option she replied " right now yes, we have steak as well", as she pointed me at a poor minimial portion of steak that consisted of 4 to 6 pieces. I then asked to speak with a manager as the manager stood there by the register watching. She approached me and asked if she can be of assistance. I proceeded to notify her that she didn't have any of the protiens on the steamline. She replied by saying " sorry" and offered me a free drink for the inconvenience. After waiting for about 5 minutes and looking up the phone number, I dialed. After pressing the correct prompt to speak with someone inside, I waited 6 minutes at which time a recording came on asking to leave a message. We went inside. At this point, the employee was just making our order. So now, about 12 minutes past the pickup time. We got our just made food. After a 2 minute ride home, we found the food was already cold and needed microwaving. The food was pretty much tasteless and was not correctly made. A steak bowl was made without any meat whatsoever. A burrito with steak had approximately 5 pieces of steak in it. No jalapenos, as ordered. Instead some green hard spice-less pepper pieces and onions, neither of which were ordered replaced it. I tried to call the location to speak about getting refunded. OF COURSE, nobody answered AGAIN! I will be contacting the corporate office for a refund. Furthermore, I have a feeling that this location will be out of business within a few months.
