Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Mayfield Heights

One of the worst food experiences of my lfe not only did they put extra stuff on sandwiches that i did not ask for.. not happy to greet us at the door they mumbled when they asked us a questions not a thank you for spending $70 on 3 lemon aids 3 sandwiches 3 fries and 4 cookies.. so i was super irritated when i got home 15 minutes later to find that we didn't get are cookies after my wife asked if they were in the bag and was reassured they were in the bag.. so my wife called up to the store and talked to CHRIS the MANAGER in which he replied just come back up and get them. I had called back up and talked with CHRIS the MANAGER i told him i will not be driving all the way up there for cookies that they forgot. told him to refund me for the cookies. He said i would have to come back to the store for that and place me on hold for 28 minutes. I hung up and called back to not get answered... awesome set of workers...

I visited the Mayfield hts ohio penn station around 6pm on 5.25.22. I recieved poor customer service from a worker that had a personal phone call going in her ear buds while trying to take my order. I must have repeated the order 5 times and she still didn't get it right. To add insult to injury, her shift ended before our order was completed and very clearly she was in a hurry to leave. To boot, grease on the sandwiches was so heavy that it leaked thru the wrapper and onto the bag causing the bottom to fall out, food hitting the ground! Upon inspection the sandwiches were barely cooked. The onions on both cheesesteaks were practically raw, the cheese was unmelted and the meat had a funny gray look to it. I wouldn't have hit a dog in the rear end with one of these sandwiches let alone feed it to the dog or god forbid eat it myself. Right in the trash. My recommendation would be to find somewhere...

You walk into penn station. You expect just as any other. A meal. What did I find, not a meal. I found a family. I found such care and passions as for generosity beyond any other. I give this place ratings above the roof, for the pure generous affairs and kind hearted behaviors of this store. After receiving my food from patient and respectful cashiers we are handed cookies, from a tray for free, things that they could make serveral dollars each off , gave for absolute no fee. I highly respect the people and their effect for eh consumer at this food joint, thank you, and thank you for the great...
