I rarely write reviews , but I have been to this branch twice and both times I was treated in the utmost rudeness. The first time I liked a coat and asked customer service to check in another branch for a size that wasn't available. Extremely rudely she said no one will probably have it without wanting to check. She finally checks and asks them to look in the men's coats ! I asked her nicely to please check in the women's since its a women's coat she said she doesn't care what I say the tag "numbers" say its a men's coat so she will only check in men's ! I bought it to give to my friend to try on and I ended up needing to return it. Thats where the chronicles of rude customer service continue. Now they REFUSED To return saying the "number" say its a men's coat and this is a women's coat so she won't return it for us. The manager (Rachel) finally comes and helps and the rude sales lady without even looking at me asks me to plug in info on the screen and throws me a receipt and a gift card. Extremely rude behavior. The only reason I mention Rachel is she was the only one professional , polite , person who worked with that I interacted with. I will never be back to that store again. Shame on those two ladies for making someone feel so terrible for wanting to...
Read moreWhile shopping at Marshalls, I noticed that the checkout process was quite slow, primarily due to the older employees manning the cashier stations. While they were friendly and polite, the pace at which they operated was noticeably sluggish.

Alternatively, Marshalls could consider introducing self-checkout options for customers who prefer a faster and more autonomous checkout experience. This would not only reduce wait times but also provide customers with greater flexibility.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Marshalls, but I believe there is room for improvement in the checkout process to enhance customer...
Read moreI went to this Marshall's and like always, I search the Clearance rack first. I found a pair of wide leg pants make down to $6, final markdown, regularly $24.99. When I got to the register, the associate said that the pant were marked wrong and she proceeded to peel off all the sale tags and she told me "I can't give these to you for $6." I told her that is what their markdown price is and I am not paying over that amount. She called the manager who proceeded to tell me that we have to look up the correct depth number and I still cannot get them for that price. I was sonpisses with the both of them and told them to keep the damn pants and I left the store without buying the other item I was purchasing.
I love Marshall's, but this transaction and this Associate left a bitter taste...
