Not a happy customer. As being a previous employee at Chick Fil A, I understand how the job works. Ive worked in every area of the store and can be reasonable since the franchise in itself is always busy. However, this location is awful. Been here multiple times and I think only once they have gotten it 100% correct. Again, I do understand what it’s like here, but several mistakes are unacceptable. Got into the drive thru and waited like usual. They were switching to employee ordering outside so we had to wait, no problem at all. The lady (we did not catch her name) was kind and we did not feel rushed. Went to the cash cart and the man (which we also did not get a name) was also kind. The actual order and the employee at the window is the issue. My best friends order was correct. However, mine was a wreck. Ordered a spicy sandwich meal and the sandwich had no pickles, which isn’t a huge deal. The sandwich was also burnt. The fries did not seem fresh and both of our drinks were the wrong size. It just keeps getting worse. No sauces, napkins, OR fork for my mac in the bag. Didn’t see the fork issue until we left. But was able to catch the sauces since this was a previous problem at this location. Had my bestie ask for sauces, and the employee rolled her eyes, sighed, and said yeah. She also didn’t give us enough when we both didn’t have any. Do they just not do their job? It isn’t hard to put napkins and sauces in the bags. If anything, it’s the easiest thing at ChickFila to do. Poor service, not fresh food, and has always been a bad time. Only go here because our location is under construction. Read moreThe service for curbside is horrendous! I have given this restaurant a few chances to recover from mistake after mistake. My initial visit I waited 23 minutes for my food once I got there. Mind you I live 7 minutes away and placed the order prior to leaving home. Now I will say I have ALWAYS driven the same grey SUV there (For my shade of car color "Silver" is the only option). I called in and inquired about my food order and "Wha-La" here comes my food brought straight to my "Grey" SUV. Second time two orders of 12 nuggets specifically ask for sauce PLUS additional sauce with the order. No sauce in the bag and I had to wait an additional 5 mins for the "extra sauce". I know I must be a fool but, of course I went back again.. It took 19 mins this last and final time for curbside to be received. I had to go inside and inquire, no one answered the phone this time. I asked for a manager and the lady comes out. I provide her with my issue of wait time for a pre-ordered meal. She smugly replies I dont see a silver SUV outside. I REALLY wanted to scream on this lady, There is no option on the app for a "Grey" SUV! BUT I didnt, I understand that the length of a "Bad" review would go much farther than reacting emotionally to the LACK of customer service and urgency for pre-ordered meals that are behind do to the restaurant. I've earned over 400 pts in my three visits, I deleted the app. I just cant spend my hard earned money at places that my business is not appreciated.
