Arby's — Restaurant in Mayfield

We came through the drive-through tonight. We had 3 meals and sat in line for over 25 minutes. We paid $45 dollars for what? They are always out of 3 or 4 items that we request. How can you run a business when you are always out of menu items.We could hear the employees screaming and laughing and cutting up feom our vehicle and by the time we received our food our milkshake's that we received when we paid for our meal were just milk. Sandwiches were not made correctly and our fries were so cold they might as well have been setting since lunch. This was definitely the last straw for our family. The previous two experiences were close to the same as tonight with being out of requested drinks or meats, and I don't know why I thought it would be any different this time. Arby's needs to get a supervisor who can get their employees in line or do some retraining because if your business continues to run this way you will loose alot of money Paying kids to play instead of working , customers included. Seems to me alot of people not doing their job or not being provided with the means to do their job. This is pitiful to have to leave a review like this. I love Arby's but this location...

Just went through the drive-thru. I asked for a double roast beef sandwich. After paying but before leaving the window I realized I was handed a regular roast beef sandwich. I told the guy at drive thru who was really nice. He apologized and said he misheard me and that he had charged me for a classic sandwich. He yelled at the manager and asked what to do. The manager come over and ask me if he can give me 3 oz of meat. A little weirded and grossed out by that I asked if he could just give me another sandwich. Money was never discussed but I was willing to pay the difference. He said he could not give me another sandwich because that would mess up their bread count. What does that even mean? I finally said just give me the 3 oz of meat. Made my own sandwich today folks! Well... at...

I kinda hate to give it 4 stars. The place is decent the parking lot stays clean, drive thru clean also. The dining room is open now but the windows are not cleaned properly. This certainly takes away from the dining room which is set up like a lovely sun room . The employees seem overworked and probably underpaid. The apathy is palpable. I've been thru drive thru several times and was not given napkins of all things to forget or withhold. This Arby's is regularly out of stuff. One time it was pita bread. This time they didn't have Hi- C syrup But they still served me a Hi-C. Oh and they were out of mustard sauce aand I had to ask for st as the sugar and peppers were mixed together and I couldnt find...
