I'm ordering drive thru , 1 vehicle at speaker in front of me, very lengthy wait for that order to be placed, way too long for a drive thru (quicker than going inside) Right???🤔🤔. As I approach the speaker a Male voice says "it will be at least 5 minutes before I take your order " not welcome to Arby's, not thank you for choosing Arby's. .so I say "what are you saying? However, after paying my husband questioned the cost and I looked over my receipt to realize I was charged for two fries. I did tell them whatever mistakes happen I'll just keep it. Then I leave and all the fries are cold. So I got charged an extra fry and they were cold.
