Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in McAllen

I waited in line for over normal time to get my order. I specifically ordered a mixed family pack for four. When I finally got it, the order was wrong and incomplete. Take into consideration that I clarified my order twice on the drive thru and then also had to re clarify the order again with the window attendant What's mind boggling is at that having repeated my order four diffrent times to confirm my order, it was simply just not enough to get the order correct.

This was such a frustrating experience, that not only am I never coming back to this location, I'm never going to ANY Church's Fried Chicken period. The lack of customer service throughout the entire process from drive through to management proves to me.That the lack of business etiquette I experienced is not an isolated incident but rather their way of doing business. Which if even 50% correct they are not worthy of 100% of my business.

There are plenty of other Chicken franchise options to choose from to lose any sleep over. Places that value their customers enough to provide the necessary training of their employees before they are given the approval to replaced on the...

The lady at the DT doesn’t know what she’s doing. Not paying attention to customers orders. First she was trying to overcharge me, to which I told her that she was giving me the wrong amount and it was only then that she realized. Second, I asked for drinks with no ice on my combos and she gave us 1 drink with ice. Third, when she gave me the bag with my order I had to ask if the pie was in there because obviously she had forgotten to put it in the bag. She rolled her eyes and gave me the pie. Fourth, when We got home there was no plasticware nor napkins. How am I supposed to eat my mashed potatoes ?? It also seemed like the chicken had been sittting there for awhile. The cashier - looked like the manager she was kinda Rude to her Employee a Girl that was Attending the window monday jun-3 2023 12:40pm…. Around that time the restaurant is cleaned : The Restrooms rate 1-10 igive them a 6 they can be cleaned better… and deodorizer….

Ceiling tiles are bad!!! Looks like the insurance never Aproved them some new ceiling tiles or the manager has not done anything to get it fix …. restaurant has leaks Causing the Ceiling tiles bad…. Air Vents Are started to Get Mold Around the Area……. The cook old guy and the 2 young girls are really professional ( cook is the only one who said Welcome…. Great job cook 👨‍🍳
