Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in McAllen

I have gone to this location for about five years. Never had any issues that weren't resolved promptly by Benny who is awesome. Today was a different story. I ordered a Large Pizza light sauce, which is the same order we always have, and when we get home, we can tell immediately it's not light sauce. I did what I normally did in a handful of cases years past, I called the store and asked to speak to Benny, the woman on the phone said she was the GM. I told her the issue with the order. No apology, immediately says to bring it back to get it replaced. I wasn't able to do it because I was on my way to work. She says she will give me a one time 24 hour credit. I am upset because I don't know if I will have time to go to that location that next day. I joke and ask should I have to send a picture as proof, she says no that won't be necessary. She puts me on hold and then comes back and says unless I send video or photo proof she won't give me credit because she doesn't have the pizza back. I raise my voice at this point because never have I had this type of issue at any restaurant ever. They DONT apologize and offer to fix it at my next visit. I am on my way to work and upset. She ends up hanging up on me because I was raising my voice. Dominga is the GM and has in ten minutes ruined my perception of this location from the past five years. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went to get a stuffed crust yesterday and a extra most best. It took 30-40 minutes to get my order. When i opened the extra most best. It was smooshed on all sides the crust was thin and then to thick. It was mostly crust and sauce than the cheese and pepperoni. The stuffed crust ALL OF THE CHEESE JUST FELL OFF OF THE PIZZA AND SOME PLACES WERE COLD. When i called to explain of the order the guy gave me a credit for both pizzas. I place the order at 2pm today through phone but the lady stated it was only stuffed crust that was credited. SHE HAD TO CALL THE GUY ON HIS DAY OFF TO VERIFY IF ITS BOTH. When i arrived to the store there was no line at drive through and no one in parking lot waiting for the orders. But the pizza was still not ready. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I ordered a to go dinner and got there waited in a long line for over 20 minutes just to be told when I came to the speaker that the computers weren’t working. I asked why they don’t have someone out there telling people what’s happening instead of making everyone wait in line. She said , I don’t know what to tell you. So sad management thinks so little of our time and planning dinner for our family. No experience at all for customer service, this manager should be fired and all the employees should go back for basic customer service training.
